This was my second appointment at this wonderful hairdressers, I can not recommend highly enough, so so happy with my hair, each member of staff are so friendly and make you feel welcome.

Laura is really attentive to cutting my hair.
Was offered drinks and the staff kindly looked after my 8 year old boy too.

I've used Cloud Nine for over 2 years and have had appointments with pretty much every stylist there. All of them are highly skilled and professional while still making you feel welcome and relaxed. I'm pretty fussy about my short hair and they do an incredible job every time.

A happy professional team who put customer service first. Always very happy with the advice, colour recommendations and final result. Love the free fringe cut, the herbal teas, chat and general atmosphere. Plus there is cake on Fridays! Highly recommended

I booked in with Amber today as I am going to a wedding. I am absolutely thrilled with how she did my hair. It looks beautiful. Would highly recommend this salon, all the girls are lovely.

Make sure to get a wash and blow dry just for the head massage, so relaxing. I've always felt valued when having my hair done and everyone is so friendly and welcoming.

Have been using Cloud Nine for years they are so thoughtful, knowledgeable and helpful - willing to try new things but guide you away from styles which wouldn’t suit your hair type. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. I always book with Kiara who is always friendly and professional. I love the way she always picks up the conversation from the last visit usually 6-8 weeks between visits.
