I always go to Amy for my hair cut. Had a colour done this time and she’s transformed it to a gorgeous burgundy short style and I love it. Hair looks so much healthier and I won’t go back to a box colour! Staff are always so lovely x

My overall experience today was just as good as my first visit 10 years ago. The staff are always friendly and helpful and I am very happy with my cut and colour with Laura, you are lucky to have her. The window displays are always wonderful and Sharon runs a tight ship, you are lucky to have here as well. The salon looks better for a good lick of paint and could do with it more often. My main concern has always been the prices and I find it hard to justify spending that amount of money on my hair. Today I was told of another price increase of which I don't know if this is passed onto your staff or is your profit but every year prices are increased even above the rate of inflation.
Stylist listened to everything I asked for a made my hair look so good I couldn’t tell the difference between the pictures i’d Used to show her what I wanted and the picture of my actual hair when it was done. Love that the products are all cruelty free and the relaxed friendly atmosphere.

I have been using this salon for a number of years now after trying a few other local salons when I moved to Kent from London. This is the only salon that has managed to achieve the colour I wanted with the Paul Mitchell products they use. All the staff are friendly and there is always a very relaxed, chilled atmosphere which is important. You leave feeling you’ve had some you time. Kiara has given some great advice re shampoo and conditioners and colour changes and she has always gone above and beyond in her customer care. I have recommended friends to this salon and will continue to do so.
