As usual a pleasant experience with good advice for a spring look which suits my hair style and worry about the grey. Always friendly staff with exceptional service, there is never a sense of being rushed out the door or being fitted in between clients.

On arrival I was offered coffee and Easter cake, what a good start! Kiara always takes time to talk through what you want done. Hair wash for me is the best part, a wonderful head massage after a stressful week.????

I’ve been using Cloudnine for about ten years now and have never had a bad experience. The staff have always been friendly and helpful , in a really comfortable relaxed atmosphere . The salon is beautiful and well kept to a high standard , the refreshments are always perfect including the cake on Fridays . I couldn’t ever imagine using another salon as to me Cloudnine are the best around Whitstable .

I’ve been going to Cloid 9 for years. Lovely staff, location and hair cut & colour. Such a shame they’ve stopped their half price cut & foils offer on a Thursday! I can’t really justify spending a 3 figure sum on my hair that this will now cost me! Especially when other salons in Whitstable charge much less.

Been getting my hair cut here for 6/7 years now. Tried other salons occasionally but always returned here. Laura does the best head massage ??♀️ ever and have had my haircut by several of the stylists and am always happy with it.
I went there on a recommendation, and the fact it is a Paul Mitchell salon. I stay because the staff really care about your hair and Amy is amazing. I absolutely love my hair. They work with you to achieve the results you want, all the time giving you professional advice.

Brilliant service as normal shabang-bang is brilliant (she’s the manager) grate atmosphere, and excellently trained staff no amateurs here. Very quick also without compromising quality.
