As an independent business, the Cancelling of Appointments hits our teams very hard, even if it’s before our 48 hour cut off. That’s because it’s often impossible for the time to be refilled with Guest’s at short notice so our Stylist can’t then work in that time. That’s why we, like many other businesses on the High Street, have a Cancellation Policy and need to now take Booking Deposits and with that commitment we can continue to care for you and our team.
