The Chapel Hairdressers - Tunbridge Wells

This was my second visit to The Chapel with an appointment with Nina. I am delighted with my hair. Nina just gets how I like to wear it and the result is brilliant. I was delighted to note how Nina’s confidence had grown - Thankyou to everybody to making my visit an experience not ‘just a haircut’.

The Chapel in Tunbridge Wells, I love coming here to get my hair done and also just to be in a space where I can relax and step into another world. The staff are so friendly and warm, and a little glass of rosé to begin the session always works!

Pietro gave me beautiful haircut and he never fails. It’s always modern and on the cusp of what’s new in hair and we’re always trying new hair lengths that will suit me.
I went a bit shorter this time and he knows how to make it just right. I really appreciate that. I love I can go in to the Chapel knowing I will have a gorgeous cut and experience. His neck stretches are the best too. Grazie!

I always feel at ease with Ian - having curly hair I’ve had bad experiences in the past but he’s fab friendly and professional.

Had a lovely experience at the TWells salon. The staff couldn’t be more accommodating and I love the little drinks and snacks that are offered, which is a really nice touch, and makes getting your hair done feel that extra bit special. From the moment I walked in the door, the service was absolutely amazing and the coffee was just as good! The whole salon had such a chilled, relaxed atmosphere that I instantly loved. I’ve always struggled to find a really good hairdresser and I’ve never gone back to the same one twice, but I’ve already booked my next appointment with Pietro. He did an incredible job and made me feel so beautiful and confident. I honestly can’t wait to come back.

Pietro always takes time to discuss your requirements, providing advice on style and length before he starts cutting. He's always a pleasure to see and makes you feel really welcome, as do the rest of the team.

I can’t recommend The Chapel enough, it’s so much more than just a regular hairdressing experience. Everyone is so kind and genuine, it’s the most comfortable and relaxed environment! Sarah’s curl expertise has improved my self confidence so much, and I now understand my hair so much better when I style it at home. She takes time to listen with care and attention, understanding the value of my hair as part of my identity. Love the Chapel. Such a beautiful space and always come away feeling great about my hair. The staff are all so pleasant and it’s lovely to be offered little treats like the ginger shot. I really like the hair products that are used. But why do you let the atmosphere be spoilt by horrible bass throbbing (can’t even call it) music? Surely you can find something inoffensive to everyone if you really need background sound?

Exactly what I needed. Perfect long layers and great conversation.

To have an hour being pampered with great chat and often a laugh … I love my visits to The Chapel and entire team are so welcoming.

Elsie always gives me a great cut & I wouldn’t go to anyone else. She understands my quirky hair & suggests the best style for it with my input. I always get positive comments from friends over the shape.

My visits to the Chapel end up being more than just having my hair cut. Besides being a great stylist, Scott always has really useful little tips and advice when we chat about some of the problems I have with styling my own hair.

It is always a pleasure to have my hair done with Callum, he listens to what I want and makes sure it happens. Chapel is so very relaxing, you feel calm when you leave. The new colours are amazing and by the time Callum had finished today, my hair wouldn't have looked out of place in a shampoo advert!

I felt time for a change! James was amazing talked me through what he could achieve with my current style! I liked the length so he re layered the cut! He understands the brief! He gave me so much more texture and movement!
Im going back soon for colour changes too! I totally trust him he is extremely on the money! And knows what he’s talking about! I am a returning client, went closer to home for a few years but I think traveling to the Chapel is worth it! 👏👌

I normally hate going to the hairdressers but visiting The Chapel is a totally different experience from start to finish. I was welcomed, shown round, given goodies and loved the whole experience. Orla was totally delightful, and totally got me - so I left feeling enhanced, not questioning who I was. Will definitely be back

I’ve been seeing Beckie for more than 10 years for my lowlights and root touch-ups and she always does an exceptional job. Her professionalism and high level of experience are evident in every appointment. Beckie is not only skilled but also incredibly client-focused - she really takes the time to understand what you want and delivers results that exceed expectations. She’s warm, approachable, and has a great ability to build strong relationships with her clients, which makes every visit a pleasure. I would highly recommend Beckie to anyone looking for a colourist they can trust.

I love seeing Kirsty each time for my appointment - She makes me feel so relaxed. I have never trusted anyone with my hair as I suffer from OCD.

It is so nice to be able to leave the salon and not fiddle of measure to check my hair is straight. Kirsty makes me feel so relaxed and I can always tell her if there is a little bit that is niggling me and she won’t let me leave the seat until I am happy that my OCD won’t be triggered.
