Everyone made me feel so welcome from the moment I walked in and Nina is awesome, I had very badly box dyed hair that felt dry and frazzled, I didn’t expect to walk out with good hair on the first visit but I did!! My hair now looks and feels fab and it has made me so much more confident- thank you so,so much!

James was excellent. His advice at the start of the appt, the wash, cut, blow dry… everything from start to finish was superb.

Pietro is a brilliant cutter! Highly recommended.

I had such a lovely experience at The Chapel this morning. All the staff with whom I interacted were friendly, polite and helpful. As always, my appointment with Elsie didn't disappoint. She took time to understand my hair issues and how I wanted to look, and feel, with my cut. She made sure I was happy with her suggestions throughout and her attention to detail was exceptional. I walked out feeling happy and confident and am already looking forward to next time.

Love love love my hair! Not only did I feel my hair looked and felt fabulous when I left, it looks great when I put it up and when I first wake up even (weird never had that?!). Rhys is a hair wizard and also an absolute pleasure to hang out with for an hour.

Having first met Pietro, I was under the impression that he would be loud and exaggerated but on the contrary, he was silent, skilful and he had let his work do the talking. A sign of a true artist.
