The Chapel Tunbridge Wells Hair Salon is tucked off Chapel Place within the stunning 19th Century Baptist Chapel. Set over 3 floors, it’s an inspiring,creative space dedicated to beautiful hair care, that looks + feels amazing.

Each Appointment is totally tailored. Rather than a one size fits all price list, the Appointments are bespoke, so you’ll pay for only what you need. The time and price is agreed upon booking with no hidden charges.

Established in 1997, The Chapel dare to do things differently - truly looking after each individual Guest by our team of highly skilled, creative Stylists.

The Chapel invites you to book in for a New Guests conversation (no charge) to meet your Stylist so you can talk, be yourself and start your hair journey.

I love this place, the building is so special and it’s like your hair appointment takes you on a journey through it! Different rooms for dyeing, shampooing with head massage then drying. The coffee is lovely and the choc Brazil nut was a thoughtful touch. They also brought around a ginger fruit shot. It feels more like a holiday break than a hair appointment 😝
Ola did a great job enriching the brown tones in my hair and blending out the greys, I’m so pleased. Becky, her manager was also fab at giving ideas and explaining everything. Now I’ve been to The Chapel nothing else will do! Why isn’t every business this good?

Clare is such a talented stylist and never minds when I have no idea what to do with my hair!! She always helps with ideas and suggestions that will work and she understands that my style has to work with minimal input from me!! I had my hair coloured and cut today at the Chapel and I had the most relaxing afternoon - it gave off spa vibes and was a real treat as a busy mum of two young boys. I even had a glass of wine! Symon was friendly and welcoming and made sure to check exactly what it was that I wanted from my colour. He saved my over-dyed blonde hair and I’m super happy with the results! 10 out of 10 recommend Symon and The Chapel. Must also mention that Rhys, who cut my hair, nailed it too!

I suffer from alopecia and finding Sarah as a stylist has been wonderful. She is kind and sympathetic to my condition and concerns and cuts my hair to hide hair loss symptoms. She is so matter of fact about a condition that has blighted my self confidence and by careful cutting has made me feel able to face the world. I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone suffering hair loss and she is brilliant at making the best of a situation, taking features and lifestyle into account too. So pleased to have found her. Everyone at the salon is friendly and welcoming and I feel a truly valued customer.
