Enjoyed my visit today from arrival (a warm welcome from Charlie and even a glass of wine) to finish. Rhys listened to my request for a shorter haircut and performed a professional cut (together with fun conversation).

I’m very impressed with The Chapel which feels like a luxury salon experience from the start. It is clearly very well thought through and run, with time and attention given to each client. Nina is a highly skilled hairdresser, with excellent attention to detail and focus. She listened to what I wanted to achieve, discussed the process and I am so happy with the results!

Coming to the chapel is fun. Got an almond snack, had a beer - Pietro entertained me with stories of Sardinia. Awesome

I arrived looking like I had been dragged through a hedge backwards and upside down. Pietro performed miracles and my hair looks amazing. Great conditioning, great cut - super short but perfect for the summer. We discovered my hair has turned silver underneath all that growth and wow! It looks really impressive. Pietro encourages his clients to jump in, to explore what's possible, with vision, with heart and with so much soul. The result? Bingo!

Sarah always does an amazing job in colouring my hair so that it enhances my natural hair colour. She is expert at covering the white that is creeping in with sun-kissed highlights - so much better given that I am not ready to accept my age! The head massage is amazing and so relaxing - who knew hair washing could be so therapeutic, especially as the natural hair products smell incredible - it is like being in a field of flowers. And the cut & blow dry are always perfect. I have never left the salon anything other than delighted.

As usual I am very happy with my hair. The colour is so natural and the style is exactly as I wanted. It’s a real pleasure to spend a couple of hours being pampered and enjoying the company of the talented and bubbly Clare. Thank you

Symon was recommended to me by a friend and I can’t tell you how pleased I am that he was.
I first went to Symon at The Chapel in 2017. Symon is by far the best colourist that I have ever seen. I have light brown hair and get highlights to cover up my grey hairs.
It is always a pleasure seeing Symon, he is more like my friend than my stylist.
I highly recommend him.

I LOVE the cut Pietro gave me. I have curly hair and have had some nightmare cuts in the past but I trusted Pietro as soon as he started chatting with me in my consultation. He took off a lot of the dead and gave me back the volume and character I’d been missing!!!

I love visiting the Chapel; it always feels like a treat and a super experience every single time. The excellent standard is always maintained. Elsie as my stylist understands my hair, she knows and remembers what I need in terms of maintenence to fit in with my lifestyle and circumstance. I trust Elsie completely with my cut and style and she is great at recommending changes that will suit me to keep things fresh. It always feels like catching up with a friend in a stylish and elegant space. I would highly recommend!

My first visit to The Chapel in Tunbridge Wells was exceptional. Discreetly tucked away with no external signage, you’d never guess it’s a salon from the outside. Inside, the spacious interior features soft seating and breakout areas that feel nothing like a traditional hairdressers.

What truly sets this place apart is how genuinely the staff connect with clients - you’re not just another appointment. Rys took time to understand exactly what I wanted to achieve, considering both practical needs and aesthetics. As a master cutter with twenty years’ experience, his skill shows. Even my husband, who rarely notices haircuts, commented that mine looked rejuvenating.

I left feeling uplifted not just by my new look, but by the salon’s caring atmosphere and positive ethos.

After my appointment I went shopping and 2 people stopped me and said what a beautiful haircut and asked me where I went a good endorsement for Margot and the Chapel

Having my hair coloured by Callum is a lovely experience as he is so friendly and fun. He knows his colour and always gets a great result. His head massages are amazing too :-)

Coming to The Chapel to have my hair cut every 3 months is a real treat from the minute you walk through the door, the little fruit and the ginger shots/coffee and treats. All perfectly finished off with the most wonderful hair wash and fantastic hair cut by James. I could stay all day….

I had an excellent cut (wonderful feathering) and when I washed my hair myself, it still looked good.
The atmosphere was friendly and relaxing, with many little touches that made me feel pampered

Great cut & style

Very pleased with my cut, really enjoyed Kirsty’s company, will definitely return for repeat cut and choose Kirsty again, not sure why she’s not on the list of stylists. Loved the ginger shot and apple snack, classy addition to the session.

Margot has been my hairdresser for over a year now and I've enjoyed every visit and been very happy with the result. She is a lovely girl and a very good member of The Chapel team.

He cuts brilliantly. He answers all my hair questions politely and makes helpful suggestions regarding other options I hadn't considered. He doesn't run late for my appointments. He always manages to finish my cut within the allotted time frame. He's reliable and a nice person. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
