As always, Clare took the time to listen to my requirements and talked through some layering options - remembering I like to tuck my hair behind my ears so cutting to suit that - fabulous experience, great colour, perfect restyle cut and brilliant customer service from the whole welcome team ♥️

So happy with restyle with Nina today... in totally new area so taking gamble asking for complete new cut and style and totally happy with results. amazing salon (if you can find it...its hidden in a Chapel with no signage!). Wish I lived local and could go back regularly

Alex has cut my hair many times and always takes a lot of care when cutting. She especially makes sure my fringe isn't too short by doing it in stages. My hair this time was quite dry. She has managed to blend in the damaged hair, so it is no longer noticeable. Very happy as always :)

James is amazing, always get a terrific cut. I also appreciate the little extras, lovely drinks, etc. it’s all together a very positive experience.

I've been a Clent at The Chapel, at both T Wells and Sevenoaks, for longer than I can remember. James listens to my wishes. Colours my hair and styles it perfectly. He is their best stylist since legendary Luke at Sevenoaks..... I can't rate James highly enough!

I asked for Sarah as I’d read that she always saw the person and not just the hair! So true ! After an in-depth chat Sarah did a fantastic job of colouring and cutting my hair. The ‘tweaks’ she explained would make a big difference … she was so right! I would highly recommend Sarah .

I love this place, the building is so special and it’s like your hair appointment takes you on a journey through it! Different rooms for dyeing, shampooing with head massage then drying. The coffee is lovely and the choc Brazil nut was a thoughtful touch. They also brought around a ginger fruit shot. It feels more like a holiday break than a hair appointment 😝
Ola did a great job enriching the brown tones in my hair and blending out the greys, I’m so pleased. Becky, her manager was also fab at giving ideas and explaining everything. Now I’ve been to The Chapel nothing else will do! Why isn’t every business this good?

Pietro and staff are always so welcoming. You are made to feel special from the moment you walk in. The reception area is bright and relaxing with drinks on hand.
Pietro listens to ensure that your style/ cut works for you. His creativity in the way he cuts the hair is excellent and you always leave feeling and looking great.

Elsie is an amazing hair stylist, she has amazing knowledge and skill and just seems to understand the science of hair. She, listens to what you like about your present hair style, listens to what you don’t like, discusses solutions and then produces an amazing result.

Clare is such a talented stylist and never minds when I have no idea what to do with my hair!! She always helps with ideas and suggestions that will work and she understands that my style has to work with minimal input from me!! She also has the most amazing memory for details and asks about things we discussed months ago. Given the number of people she must see, this ability to make me feel like she really cares about my situation is quite something! I love my visits to her!

Margot does an amazing job on my hair and it's difficult to cut. I had 3 compliments in the space of 30 minutes after I left the saloon. Nuff said really. I can't recommend her highly enough.

What a star! I went from boring Bob to super cute textured short cut. Ola handled it like a pro, taking on board what my requirements were and checking in with me at different stages of the cut to make sure it was exactly what I wanted.
