A real hidden sanctuary. Richard was great really took time to talk me through everything and obviously knows hair. Even the coffee was fantastic. I’ll certainly be back.

I went to the Herne Bay Sanctuary Branch of Jelly Beanz, rather than Whitstable where I live, because I wanted Sarah to cut my hair. Not disappointed and well worth the small extra journey. Thank you, and I wll be back !

Alex is a professional, working in a beautiful serene environment. She spent time with me answering all my questions about other treatments available.

Making use of the great deal of 40% of with a friend, my sister and I took full advantage of it having hair, shellac and eyebrow tint. The staff were lovely and the service was great.
We came out feeling throughly pampered and at a very reasonable cost.
This is now my new salon .Would highly recommend

Fantastic, really good customer service. Receptionist was helpful and polite and fitted me in on the day. Hairdresser Jamie was brilliant and offered a treatment for my hair that made it feel amazing. Cut was good although just a fringe cut and tiny amount off ends. My only negative comment would be the price £60.00 seemed very steep to me for a very basic trim.

Saw an offer and checked in for a haircut and a wax with a friend having a massage. Both had a great experience and the wax wasn’t even painful...well maybe just a little! Great salon!

Went online to book an appointment for my next day off but an appointment was available in a couple of hours so I booked and received confirmation straight away, this so easy and and convenient. This was my 1st visit after seeing the salon on Facebook, I was made very welcome by Jamie. Thr service and haircut was outstanding, I’m very happy and will definitely return.

Had a course of back & shoulder massages where my treatments therapist Demi concentrated on my probmatic area in my shoulders...after effects, I have noticed less headaches & better night sleeps. A fantastic way to de stress In a warm & chilled out environment. Each time the tension in my probmatic areas just melts away. Would highly recommend Demi magic therapeutic techniques.
