Demi is lovely, she made me feel relaxed as soon as I met her. As I’m heavily pregnant, she kept checking I was comfortable and if I needed a break. She was polite and professional throughout. My lashes look lovely, really happy with the result, will definitely be back for infills.

I came in to the Mettyear Spa on a cold Friday afternoon in November, without an appointment. Susan, on reception said that was no trouble and within 5 minutes, I was in a comfortable room with low lights and a beautiful decor. My therapist offered me a choice of massage strengths and I opted for a deep tissue massage. It was just wonderful and I felt at ease with the therapist straight away. The therapist was excellent and soon tapped into my knots and aches. I may have fallen asleep ...... I honestly can't remember but the whole experience was bliss. I will definitely return when I am over this way again.

Loved having my hair treated today with the X-tenson treatment followed by cut and blow dry. Lovely salon and wonderful staff!

A fab first time visiting this salon. I managed to get a last minute booking for a job lot of waxing. My first impression was of a professional beauty establishmemt and my therapist did not disappoint. Alex did an excellent job eliminating all the stray hairs, conversation flowed easily, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I will definitely be returning to her for more treatments in the future.

Lovely service in great surroundings by a talented team. Have had very good blow drys by both Sarah and Jamie. Now my ‘go to’ salon!

Very professional and welcoming. Best massage I have had for a long time. Felt relaxed and although bit uncomfortable at times, felt benefits within short time. Alex checked constantly if all was ok. Lots of tension in neck and shoulders that was very quickly recognised. Need more work done, so will definitely be coming back. Atmosphere was just right, gentle music, lighting was calming and nice aroma.

What a fabulous couple of hours being pampered. Demi is a so diligent and has worked wonders with unruly brows and tired feet! I left with beautifully shaped brows, and stunningly sparkly toes. Great venue and lovely team.

This was the first time here as I live in Norfolk and was visiting my daughter.Sarah certainly knew what she was doing and I was delighted with the results. When I'm next here I will be visiting salon again. Highly recommended.

Had microdermabrasion for the first time. Was lovely. The lady was brilliant. Place is beautiful done.100% will be going again.
