Yet another lovely haircut by Sharon. I have been with Sharon about 5 years and never disappointed with my Hair.

Wow just had my first haircut at Mettsyear with Shariffa and I loved it. Shariffa is so lovely and my hair looks amazing. The salon is a lovely environment and very calming.

This is a super hairdressers, the staff are very friendly and professional. Always happy with the hair cut as there’s great attention to detail. 😁

Enjoyed a very nice head massage with my hair wash and Myles cut my hair perfectly. Very happy.

I have my hair cut by Jamie every couple of months and a blow dry with Callum every week (as a member of the blow dry club). I love the combination of the two, it means very low maintenance is required by me which is ideal. I can tie my hair back for work and when I take it down again it looks freshly done, it’s like magic! My hair has never looked healthier. I walk out of the salon with my hair bouncing and feeling like Farah Fawcett every week. What’s not to love! It’s a lovely salon and a great team.

As a regular customer I always look forward to my appointments at Mettyears. Leah knows how to make my hair look amazing every time and the salon has a great ambience. Staff are professional as well as friendly.

This was my first time visiting the salon, I was warmly greeted by the reception who showed me upstairs while I waited for her to go and find Louise. Can’t fault the service I received today, although I did miss the biscuits i used to get with my coffee at the previous salon 😂

I walked in with my hair looking like wire wool and as always left with no roots showing and beautiful shiny hair. Myles worked his magic again

I had leah wash, cut and blow dry my hair today and it feels so smooth and fresh fresh she is so lovely!

Excellent salon now newly located. Staff are welcoming, friendly and professional especially Cary on the main desk. She is a great advocate for a beauty salon and hairdressers. I have my eyebrows done with Becci, who is great. She is so knowledgeable about her craft and had given me such great advice. I love what she does with my eyebrows, well lack of them, I always feel great when I leave my appointment. Would definitely recommend.

I absolutely love my vibrant colour and they way Callum styled my hair. I haven't stopped looking at it. The whole experience was amazing. This was my first visit and I can't wait to come back again.

Jamie and the team are always so welcoming and friendly. I’ve been coming to Mettyears for a few years now and more recently joined the Blow Dry Club with Callum, and it’s honestly changed my life, a weekly blow dry and gorgeous coffee, not forgetting a friendly atmosphere and the most amazing products used every time. The team really don’t miss a trick! I would thoroughly recommend ❤️

First visit to Mettyear today. What a joy, I get really anxious going to the hairdressers but didn’t today. I had Leah, who actually listened to what I wanted, asked questions & did a lovely cut. Sadly for me & her other clients Leah is going on maternity leave but I’m sure my next visit with Callum will be as pleasing as my appointment was today. Thank you.

Very efficient salon, I was showed a seat and asked if I wanted a drink while I waited and then a lovely brunette came and took me to have my hair washed while the hairdresser finished with his current customer.

The wash was amazing, my head was double bubbled, conditioned and I even received a head massage. This was so relaxing I almost fell asleep.

I was then taken to the hair dresser where Callum listened to what I wanted and my concerns with the cut I was looking at and he suggested another alternative that would look the same.

10/10 experience. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, my hair looks, smells and feels amazing and the Salon was absolutely spotless.

Becci is a great asset to the team.

Callum exceeded my expectations today! I wasn't sure whether to make the change but he was so reassuring and said we can do it! He is so meticulous in what he does and thinks of everything outside the box to help me maintain and feel confident with my new hair ☺️ Thank you Callum! I will be back!!!

Honestly the best experience in a salon I have ever had, encouraged me to be confident in what I actually wanted and made me love my hair curled!

Visited the salon today and was welcomed by Callum. He gave great advice to remedy a cut that had completely lost its shape. Really beautiful cut, gave my bob lots of volume and it looked amazing.

I had the pleasure of having my curly hair cut and highlighted by Callum today! I am so happy with the result. The highlights are perfect and look completely natural. Finding someone who understands curly hair is so difficult and the cut has transformed my curls with so much shape and definition. If you have curly hair and you’re looking for a stylist who really knows how to bring out the best in your curls, I can’t recommend Callum highly enough!!

They have an excellent set up. Parking outside, a fully equipped and purpose built studio which provides everything you could need for maintenance and pampering. Incredibly comfortable basin chairs and I had the best hair wash I’ve ever had! Friendly staff, a nice cup of tea! A really terrific salon and an asset to our community.

This was my first time coming to MettyEars and all I can say is amazing! The staff were friendly and the facilities had a warm interior and was offered a drink. I felt like a VIP!

I have been a client of Jamie’s and Mettyears for many leaves. I cannot recommend the salon enough. Jamie is an amazing hairdresser. Claire is an excellent beauty therapist, her deep tissue facial massages are wonderful. Becci is fab at waxing. You have lovely Carrie on reception as well as all the other members of the Mettyears Team who create the nicest atmosphere.
