Felt pampered and looked after. Appointment run late but can see Alex cared about her previous client. Then the client needed sales care. Might have been nice if someone else could have helped Alex but on the other hand the client trusted Alexs expertise. I will be back. Please put heating on in the toilets it was freezing x

A beautifully styled, professional establishment with friendly staff. Two treatments today, Gold Perf Facial with Jo and Traquil Scalp massage with Alex, both were amazing and therapists were extremely competent, calm and really lovely! Have already re-booked!

Jamie looked after my hair from start to finish and gave me the cut and colour I have always wanted. A brilliantly professional salon who really take care of you and make you feel and look amazing. Thankyou

I had a microdermabrasion facial and was really pleased, very thorough but gentle. My skin looked so fresh after. The staff were proffessional, lovely and helpful suggesting lots for my skin x

Friendly staff, excellent haircut and colour. I was adventurous, while my colour was on, I had a great set of eyelashes put on. A treat, Fantastic place!

My stylist Sarah was lov my very welcoming environment and felt comfortable. I was very happy with the results of my cut and she was always checking making sure I was okay. Will defiantly be coming back again.

A fantastic five star experience. Demi created a very warm and professional pre- wedding day atmosphere and delivered an incredibly relaxing Decleor facial and full massage plus mani and pedi. Surroundings exceptionally glamorous and the whole experience topped off with a glass of champagne! A wonderful experience.

Was looking for a new hairdressers and came across Sanctuary in Herne Bay offering a 20% discount for my first visit. Tasha was really helpful and advised me on the colours that I was hoping to achieve. My colours and finish turned out beautiful, just what I was hoping for. Would highly recommend. Very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.

I booked online . When I arrived I was told that department was closed as practitioner on holiday. Not too pleased.

Felt fabulous arriving at this sanctuary and even more fabulous after the girls had worked their magic on me! Love the different vibes -beauty rooms feel like a spa and the hair salon feels like a fabulous hair salon. Perfect balance - everything in one place without feeling you have compromised.
