Like always Jamie is very professional, efficient and talented...an amazing job done every time I visit the salon and lovely all round experience and coming from me who hates her hair being cut is a miracle

Absolutely fabulous. From the first consultation with Alex, through to the end result. I am so pleased with my eyebrows. They look perfect. Alex was extremely patient and really listened to what I wanted. Would definitely recommend.

Always see Demi for lashes and waxing, also had facial and massage with her in the past. she's so professional and makes you feel so relaxed. Very good at what she does!

What can I tell you about Sanctuary?
It’s a haven !
My hair always come out of the salon looking and feeling a million dollars.
Jamie always colours my hair beautifully and is friendly and professional- I wouldn’t want anyone else to do my hair, he’s a treasure!

Had been a while since I had been to the hairdressers, so really needed to go. Sanctuary were brilliant. Very friendly. Modern facilities. Clean environment. A little hard to locate at first as it is in an old church but once you know where you are going it is easy. Very pleased with finished style. Would definitely recommend.

I went in for an eye brow tidy today - which Alex performed excellently, however the next client cancelled, so I stayed for a pedicure. Lovely

Perfect cut and blow dry. Very pleased with re-shape of cut. Good knowledge of hair products recommended. Jamie also recommended hair products for my grown up boys and they have been very pleased with the results.

I only stepped in for a wax but what a wax it was. Totally thorough and a pleasant experience despite the unpleasantness of a wax! The room was nice and quiet and I can't wait to go back for more treatments.

Great location and atmosphere - Alex is fabulous, can’t wait to go back for a facial and a massage. Would thoroughly recommend this place to everyone.

Unfortunately on day 4 after my manicure the Shellac has started lifting at the fingertips on some nails... I'm gutted as this was a one off treat- I can use my diy Gel kit as achieve longer lasting results.. no harsh chemicals used at home or any washing up done. Solar oil applied to cuticles(no lift there) and kept clean and dry..
A real shame as I loved the results initially. X

I took my three year old here to get her hair trimmed. The staff were very welcoming and very helpful. Really good with my daughter and couldn’t of asked for anything better. Would definitely recommend!

Had nail repair on a badly damaged nail brilliant job and nails look great with a bit of sparkle.

Lovely atmosphere in the salon which is a hidden gem.

Although I'm not sure the free edge of my nails have been sealed... I can see & feel my natural nail so not sure how long they may last it's going to be the place that gets the most wear... fingers crossed they last... x

Beautiful interior that is very well maintained. There is a friendly atmosphere, and the staff are very welcoming and put you at ease from the get go. As this visit was my first ever microdermabrasion they explained it all before hand and continued doing so throughout the service. I felt very relaxed and comfortable, therefore I will be returning in a weeks time for my second session.
I would definitely recommend.

My initial visit on Tuesday , pleased with colour but not cut. Had Rectified today with a different stylist who was more in tune with my style requirements. Salon is lovely and all staff very pleasant.

Had a deep tissue massage with Demi today and it was amazing. I had issues with shoulder pain and was eased with her thorough massage. I will certainly be back soon xx

It was my first time at the Sanctuary. Richard was very knowledgeable about styles and hair and cut my hair welll. I have rebooked to have it coloured. It was more than I usually pay but the service
and hospitality were very good.

Once again Jamie has worked his magic turning me from dark and mousy into a platinum blonde ! One very happy customer.. The Sanctuary experience was fabulous as always, thanks to the professional team x
