Been to the lovely sanctuary spa today and had a treatment with Demi. I will defiantly been returning. Fantastic prices with excellent service to match... really made me feel like nothing was too much trouble.

It was my first time having a treatment at The Sanctuary, I was greeted by Jamie, I was offered a beverage and had a lovely conversation with him whilst I waited. ( I was Early for my treatment)
I had eyelash extensions applied by Demi, which I was recommended by a friend and I love them.
Such an outstanding service and lovely team.
Will definitely be visiting again and trying out some of the other treatments they have to offer.

Absolutely love my Hair, the best it's looked in a long time! Natasha is really lovely too ? the salon in amazing, looking forward to going back in 6 weeks.

Visited for our anniversary - the venue setting is fabulous and tranquil, greeted with a warm welcome with accompanying champagne - always a wow. Demi looked after us. The most amazing treatment a return is assured.

I had a leg / bikini wax today with Demi. My first time at Sanctuary and I was very impressed. The treatment was very professional and painless!

I recently visited the sanctuary and had a microdermalbrasion facial. The treatment was amazing and I have now booked a 6 week course as I have noticed the results straight away! The salon is beautiful and very luxurious however the prices are still very reasonable and actually cheaper than most salons in the area! I would highly recommended visiting the salon and looking at what they have to offer! They do all different kinds of treatments so there is definitely something for everyone!

In beautiful brand new premises, I was made very welcome. I felt that my needs were carefully considered before being met to my full satisfaction. Definitely a place to revisut.

I found Jo informative & helpful as to the ingredients & the way they help your skin. She is gentle but not mamby pamby with her method. The treatment was very relaxing, the couch comfortable & the result very pleasing g

The new salon is based in the basement of a old church which looks and feels spectacular!
It's light an airy with a super Bose sound system. All the staff are very welcoming and very professional, this makes you feel at ease.
I'm greeted and asked what I'd like to drink - anything from fevertree tonic water to a lovely glass of wine with some peanuts on the side.
My whole experience of my appointment for my colour, cut and treatment was wonderful. James really is the best!
In between my colour I took advantage of the new beauty side of the salon and had a manicure which still looks fab a week later.
It's a whole new experience which I can highly recommend , get yourself down to the sanctuary you won't regret it! X

Where to start? Sanctuary at Herne Bay truly embodies its name. Upon arrival Jamie along with his team warmly greets you and invites to begin your experience.
The first treatment I had was one of Carita's facials, which in one word is amazing! The specialist Jo is highly trained and targeted problem areas. I came out two hours later with clearer, lifted and glowing skin.
Secondly was a men's colour and cut. Jamie is a skilled professional at what he does. Firstly creating that natural 'sun-kissed' highlight I imagined. Then the cut, which is precisely what I wanted.
The setting created by the high spec modern finish of this salon creates a luxurious but contemporary atmosphere. The jewels in the crown however are the beauty treatment rooms. Sumptuous and relaxing, taking you to new levels of tranquility.
A 5* establishment. Well done Jamie and his team!

Lovely salon bright & airy with a warm welcome in reception by salon team. Followed by good consultation with my stylist Jamie to reshape my previous hair style. Comfortable hair washing chairs especially for the neck rest. Good quality hair products used leaving my hair looking & feeling soft shiny and healthy. Nothing to much trouble for this polite & professional team. Very happy customer indeed.

This lovely new salon is on the lower floor of an old church so is beautifully airy, light and spacious. The treatment rooms are large but decorated to still feel warm and cosy during a treatment. I would highly recommend the Decleor Orexcellence facial - blissfully reviving my tired, stressed skin. The staff at the salon are very helpful and welcoming and I will certainly be going back!

First visit at the Sanctuary today in Herne Bay. It is so good to have all these wonderful spa services and products under one roof. You can get the full works, massage, beauty, hair ... and a drink ... in great company and by real professionals. Well done Team and good luck ! Barbara
