Becci is great.So professional whilst being interested and caring.She came highly recommended by a few people I know and she hasn’t disappointed!She makes me feel completely at ease every time.

I’ve been having my haircut by Sharon for nearly a year now. My husband bought me a gift voucher and I took a chance with a cut and colour. I’m easily intimidated but Mettyear’s is so welcoming. The second I met Sharon I knew she got me and instead of an all over semipermanent colour I thought I might do for Christmas, Sharon introduced me to foils (at 59 years of age - I’m a late bloomer). We chatted about hairstyles and what would work for me and I felt relaxed and confident that Sharon would give me the haircut that would suit me best. And she did and continues to do so. The colour is fabulous. Sharon is a star.

Had a spa day with a friend and absolutely loved it, had a facial with Zoe, tea for two and a bubble up in the hydrotherapy tub. Will definitely return 👍

Sharon was amazing! I am not always comfortable at the hairdressers and don't have my curly hair cut as often as I should but Sharon always puts me at ease. She listens carefully to what I want and makes suggestions that suit. I trust her judgement and would recommend her highly to anyone, especially those with curly hair. Thank you Sharon!

I absolutely love my hair. Jamie has done such a brilliant job of taking my hair from an over bleached blonde hair to a natural healthy looking brown and blonde mix. He is a superstar! I had such a lovely experience and will be back! Thank you Jamie. All of the staff were warm and friendly.

Really lovely session. Friendly helpful staff, very clean and with slippers, towels and wraps all laid out with cups of water available, shows that Mettyear’s always goes that extra mile. Will book again. Bought. Block of 5 sessions and got 6th free.

Myles always does a brilliant cut and blow dry on my hair..its down to him that I've realised my hair looks better shorter and so much easier now to keep in between appointments.

Had a complete restyle due to feeling unhappy with how I look. I left feeling amazing! I was treated kindly and Katie was respectful and understanding of the vision I had for my hair.

On entering Mettyear’s I was made welcome by the Receptionist and she notified Jamie I was there. Immediately I noticed a lovely atmosphere. On meeting Jamie for the first time, I was made to feel relaxed and had his full attention.
The cut I had was so precise that if I shake my head it would just fall back in place.
I would encourage anyone who values a great haircut to book an appointment with them.

Amy cut my daughter’s hair, she did a great job and was very patient with her!

Always attentive professional and amazing hairdresser

Went for a spa and was very excited to just relax and unwind. Start was good but got worse throughout.. upon waiting for treatments you are to sit in the hall way in a short tight robe while people walk by and also not forgetting the salon overseeing you sat there which is a bit uncomfortable. One of the treatment rooms you have to walk through reception in this robe while people sit to wait for appointments or eat, again very uncomfortable. Treatments we felt were half heartedly done and not worth it. We also had “afternoon tea” included in the spa package, which was disappointing. Nothing to cater for vegans, veggies etc and just told “we can’t make any changes unless it’s dietary/intolerances” we also didn’t like the fact that the cafe was in main reception and food was taken uncovered from the kitchen through the rest of the salon before reaching us, not very hygienic.
This was really not worth the money we paid for the top spa package. Could have had much more for less elsewhere. The lay out doesn’t quite match the experience you’re getting.

My first visit and had a manicure and pedicure. Lovely young lady made me feel very comfortable and did an excellent job. Very impressed.

An hour with Stavri changed my life! I now feel more confident applying my make up and ready to try different colours and tones. I am looking forward to my next appointment!!

I booked a FOR TWO: a massage, hydrotherapy pool access, and afternoon tea for my parents, and they enjoyed the experience. I went with my parents and they enjoyed their massage, the therapists were gentle with them. They loved as well their afternoon tea.

Great work as always! Definitely the best therapists I’ve found in HB!

We had a lovely Day today, from the moment we walked into the spa every one was so nice from the receptionist they made you feel so welcome nothing was to much trouble , the back massage was great Claire was a real pro my husband and myself had a lovely time, the afternoon tea was so filling we could not eat it all , Will definitely book another day

Nice relaxing pedicure, no hurry. Offered a drink and understanding not wanting gel polish. Feet look lovely

Callum was a lovely person ,tho a little shy and lacks confidence, I'm sure with time will find his feet. Good hair wash .no massage offered maybe not trained in this yet ? Lovely support given .sorry to drop you in the deep end .🙂
