Good first impression of the salon. Quite peaceful considering it's central location.
Callum was very professional yet friendly.
Love my bob cut and a super blow dry! Oh yes and an awesome head massage!

Had a complete restyle due to feeling unhappy with how I look. I left feeling amazing! I was treated kindly and Katie was respectful and understanding of the vision I had for my hair.

I'm really happy with my hair. Exactly what I wanted. I had a lovely relaxing time. Staff all seemed friendly. I would definitely recommend Katie for highlights.

On entering Mettyear’s I was made welcome by the Receptionist and she notified Jamie I was there. Immediately I noticed a lovely atmosphere. On meeting Jamie for the first time, I was made to feel relaxed and had his full attention.
The cut I had was so precise that if I shake my head it would just fall back in place.
I would encourage anyone who values a great haircut to book an appointment with them.

Amy cut my daughter’s hair, she did a great job and was very patient with her!

Always attentive professional and amazing hairdresser

Went for a spa and was very excited to just relax and unwind. Start was good but got worse throughout.. upon waiting for treatments you are to sit in the hall way in a short tight robe while people walk by and also not forgetting the salon overseeing you sat there which is a bit uncomfortable. One of the treatment rooms you have to walk through reception in this robe while people sit to wait for appointments or eat, again very uncomfortable. Treatments we felt were half heartedly done and not worth it. We also had “afternoon tea” included in the spa package, which was disappointing. Nothing to cater for vegans, veggies etc and just told “we can’t make any changes unless it’s dietary/intolerances” we also didn’t like the fact that the cafe was in main reception and food was taken uncovered from the kitchen through the rest of the salon before reaching us, not very hygienic.
This was really not worth the money we paid for the top spa package. Could have had much more for less elsewhere. The lay out doesn’t quite match the experience you’re getting.

My first visit and had a manicure and pedicure. Lovely young lady made me feel very comfortable and did an excellent job. Very impressed.

An hour with Stavri changed my life! I now feel more confident applying my make up and ready to try different colours and tones. I am looking forward to my next appointment!!

I booked a FOR TWO: a massage, hydrotherapy pool access, and afternoon tea for my parents, and they enjoyed the experience. I went with my parents and they enjoyed their massage, the therapists were gentle with them. They loved as well their afternoon tea.

Great work as always! Definitely the best therapists I’ve found in HB!

We had a lovely Day today, from the moment we walked into the spa every one was so nice from the receptionist they made you feel so welcome nothing was to much trouble , the back massage was great Claire was a real pro my husband and myself had a lovely time, the afternoon tea was so filling we could not eat it all , Will definitely book another day

Nice relaxing pedicure, no hurry. Offered a drink and understanding not wanting gel polish. Feet look lovely

Callum was a lovely person ,tho a little shy and lacks confidence, I'm sure with time will find his feet. Good hair wash .no massage offered maybe not trained in this yet ? Lovely support given .sorry to drop you in the deep end .🙂

Great set up in a relaxing environment. All staff encountered were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had hydrotherapy and a massage - both of which were fantastic. I would definitely recommend and will also visit again myself. Thank you for a great spa day!

Visited lovely Jamie at Mettyears salon and spa today. Lovely experience as always and Jamie was there giving me lots of advice regarding my hair and helped to reassure me with some concerns i had with it. Highly recommend jamie and all his staff. X

Absolutely in love with my hair again!

Not having been able to get to the salon for some time, I went in looking like Captain Caveman. In no time at all and with a great chat as well, Jamie had me looking like a modern day lass again. Great haircut great time.

Becci was faced with thin balding blonde eyebrows and worked a miracle for me. I wanted them laminated but unrealistic so becci waxed to shape and tinted and set my eyebrows for me. This has made a huge difference for me and confident enough to not have to draw eyebrows on, instead I just need to frame them with eyebrow pencil and set each day. So thankyou would highly recommend becci

This was the first time that I had been to Mettyears and I thought that it was lovely. The receptionist was so nice and friendly and Stavri is wonderful, so professional and caring. Everywhere was so clean and it felt looked after. I have already booked for more treatments!

Brilliant result after me leaving it so long to get my hair cut ,Katie was fab ,great consulting, running through what was needed ,even thinning out as I have really thick hair ,my hair after felt and look fabulous ,Thankyou again Katie ,just what I needed .

Had my eyebrows shaped and tinted and eyelashes tinted and lifted. Also had a manicure and pedicure. As always Stavri was amazing. So happy with it all. Stavri is always so lovely. So good coming back next week for 2 more treatments ❤️

My daughter had an aromatherapy massage today as a treat after being ill such a lot , Chloe said Claire was lovely and she was made to feel very welcome and she was entirely relaxed while she was a mettyear! I will say as I'm old school, when you are offered a tea or coffee at a salon you shouldn't have to pay for it! It's meant to be complimentary for having a service done while you are waiting. So excellent other than this very sneaky move.

I have been having my hair done by Amy for over a year now. She is an absolutely amazing hairdresser & I wouldn’t have my hair done by anyone else now.

I received a voucher from my family and chose a 55min facial then a hair wash & blowdry
The facial was an amazing relaxing experience, the therapist was excellent, not only did I have a beautiful facial but also a fabulous neck and head massage, I thoroughly recommend
Then I had a lovely lady stylist wash & style my hair, she made me feel really special even though I'm not a regular client

i can’t remember the name of the girl who did my hair but if anyone can tell me it so she gets the praise she deserves she had curled blonde hair and was quite young 🤷‍♀️ she somehow perfectly understood what i wanted and i was so so happy with my hair i went there at first to have her style my hair for prom and it was beautiful and today i went for a wash/cut/blow dry and the whole experience was very nice she gave me some really good advice on my hair care and made sure i was completely happy with it all, very friendly and i’m already booked back in for 8 weeks time. the atmosphere was very relaxing and clean and made it even more enjoyable:) would definitely recommend
