I was extremly lucky to be able to visit the new premises which is stunning 😍.
Calum was fabulous, he made me feel at ease the whole time and I came away feeling like a new person.

Left the salon feeling amazing and so happy with the cut and style, just as requested. Callum was friendly and mindful to ensure I was happy with the process throughout the cut. The salon was in the process of moving sites so it would be unfair to comment on cleanliness or atmosphere.

Always a joy to see Becci. So friendly, so professional. A credit to your team. We consider her our friend.

Following a consultation had my colour today. Callum was knowledgeable and friendly so would recommend to anyone looking to make a change.

Lovely deep cleanse

I had a blow dry booked - booked for long hair as my hair is below shoulders. I asked for a bouncy/curly blow dry. The lady said she only had 30 minutes to do my hair so she would rough dry it off and then use the straighteners. I walked out with frizzy, unevenly curled hair that was still slightly damp in places and dropped within an hour.

Warmly welcomed upon arrival, first time for a facial and experience didn’t disappoint. Was talked through whole process and felt refreshed and relaxed afterwards

Friendly welcome to the salon as always, I’ve been having g my hair coloured and cut by Miles for a while now, over the months he’s transformed me from dark brown to a beautiful blond colour I am so pleased no more grey roots.

I had a skin consultation with Stavri today and she was very knowledgeable about skin for a lady of my age. I told Stavri my goals and want I wanted to achieve and I was very happy with Stavri’s recommendations. I have had advanced microneedling done today and I have my next appointment in 4 weeks time. Stavri is a lovely, friendly, professional lady and I would definitely book to see Stavri again.

I had two treatments with Becci and she was amazing. I was so happy with the results of my lash lift, my lashes are extremely stubborn so it’s difficult to get a decent lift but she worked her magic and voilà…perfectly fabulous lashes. I had an eyebrow tint as well and she always talked me through the process, made sure I was happy before she moved onto the next step. Gave me all the aftercare information also. I am so happy. Altogether super service

Literally popped in to have gell nails removed and see what the salon was like for maybe a future visit. It felt so professional. Every staff member was on point. Stravi was kind, professional, warm and informative. Can’t wait to book a facial. I’ll definitely be back.

I have been a client of Stavri for many many years. She is a perfectionist and has the perfect manner. I always leave well rested and relaxed - exactly what I need!

This was my first visit to Mettyear’s but it certainly won’t be my last! I wasn’t gifted a voucher or I might not have found this little gem of a place. I had what I can only describe as an incredible facial and it was only the “entry level” one - I can’t imagine what the longer more “deluxe” version would have entailed! Claire explained everything in advance and then set to work. Everything was just right - the right amount of product, the right amount of pressure, the right temperature for the warm mitts and the cooling eye pads. And don’t get me started on the shoulder massage whilst the face mask did its magic - pure heaven!! I cannot wait to go back again soon ☺️

I’m absolutely in love with the end results from my visit today! Cal heard what I wanted and absolutely delivered! It’s been a long time since I’ve felt so good about my hair. The service was just so lovely and chilled on what looked like a very busy Saturday morning and he really took the time and care to make sure I was 100% happy when I left. First time visiting with my 8 year old daughter, easy booking system was the first tick quick appointment time not a long wait was the next. lovely clean salon inside. Katie was professional and polite and kept my daughter entertained whilst delivering a great haircut on a fidgerty chatter box ! Thank you will definitely be back.

I had a balayage, haircut, and styling done by Katy, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the result! The color transition looks so natural and soft, and the haircut gave my hair a fresh, healthy look. Katy was professional, attentive, and really listened to what I wanted. Highly recommend her work!

So pleased with my lash extensions by Stavry. They are so soft and natural looking just like I wanted and Stavry enhanced my eyes with the shape and length of the lashes. I can't even feel them. Absolutely over the moon. Thank you 😊

I had russian eyelash extensions and the lady who did them (sorry I didn't get your name ) was absolutely amazing , she was careful and asked me how I was doing the whole way through , I am so very happy with them and I've booked in for my infill in 3 weeks , thankyou , I am usually quite anxious going somewhere new with someone I don't know and laying with my eyes closed for over an hour , but honestly I felt very relaxed

I haven't been able to get to Mettyears over the past few months due to illness. My hair has desperately needed my roots done, and a good tidy up. It was lovely to come back today for some much needed hair care. Thank you Sharon for carrying out your magic. I am delighted with the result. Unfortunately, I am due to go back into hospital for an operation and although asked I was unable to commit to another appointment at the moment. But I will definitely be back. Thank you Sharon.

Stavri was great as ever. She’s so professional but so welcoming and no matter what treatment I have she always delivers. The reception staff are lovely too.
