Wonderful customer service. They initially ask what they exactly need. Laura explained me the procedure and was a wonderful person. At the end, she was bit not happy with the outcome of my hair like me. But after going home , I just brushed my hair and looks so good. Thank you Laura for the good service. Also the person who did hair wash was superb.

I have been going to True Hairdressing for many years and the service is amazing. Phil who cuts my hair each time is incredible. Phil and his wife Jayne own the salon. Their team is so friendly and helpful. This is truly the hair salon to go to for the extra care and friendly service.

I was fed up with my natural salt and pepper hair which really wasn’t the colour I hoped it would be . I went for a consultation with Jade and didn’t really know what I wanted but Jade did . We moved away from the subtle and went bold and I’m absolutely delighted with the result

Phil put my hair up for a family wedding recently. I had chosen True Hairdressing based on the online reviews as I don’t live in the area, and I wasn’t disappointed. The style was beautiful and stayed in place overnight. I received many compliments, so overall very pleased and would definitely recommend.

Not too sure if it was Jade who looked after me today, but I came in for a trim which was much needed & months overdue. She was extremely friendly & made me feel warm and welcome at True by offering me drinks and providing me with lots of information before we trimmed and shaped my hair. Thank you, you will see me in a few weeks!

I booked an appointment to have my hair taken up at this salon for a wedding that I was attending based upon a recommendation as I don’t live in this area.
The experience was faultless from start to finish, Philip immediately put me at ease with both his manner and professionalism.
My only request was that I didn’t look like an egg afterwards and he had free rein to do what he wanted as I only had one photo for inspiration.
I can definitely say that my hair looked stunning and I was very happy with it

Today was my first time having my hair cut at True. I had a great experience, the customer service was fab, the salon was lovely and calm and my hair looks wonderful.

I had the most wonderful colour and cut with Jade today. As it was my first time having a colour at true (and my first colour in a while) Jade talked me through my options and turned out we were on the same page. She was also so great with the advice on my cut which was so helpful! I had my little girl with me and Jade so was so great helping me keep her entertained all day! Will definitely be coming back!!

Working with Laura on altering my hairstyle has been an adventure, which is work in progress. Very happy with how things are going.

I have been using True for years and I have never had the slightest criticism. So many times at other salons I can’t wait to get home and style my hair the way I want it but these guys it is always the opposite. I want to style my hair the way they do it and thankfully they are so skilled at what they do my hair just naturally falls that way
