As always, Jade listened to what I wanted and I walked out of the salon feeling great. I can’t fault her, or any of the team at True, they all work so seamlessly together to make me feel relaxed and confident that they will do what I ask. When I visit. I’m always made to feel part of the True ‘family’.

It was a really lovely experience. I had a gentle and soothing hairwash to start and very good cut. As a bonus I had a Christmas bargain on products.

Visited for a cut today and was treated to the usual wonderful service from everyone at True. They come up trumps every time .

I volunteered to be a model for apprentices Holly and Teegan, because I wanted a change of style, but didn't know WHAT, so letting the salon decide what challenge to set their apprentices seemed like a perfect solution - and so it proved. Jay took the VERY sketchy brief I'd given, worked out a plan with Jade, and then supervised as Teegan and Holly set to work. The colour work was a lot more intricate than I usually choose, but my, was the outcome worth it. And the style (which always looks great when I leave the salon) is one that I stand a good chance of being able to reproduce at home. I am delighted with the outcome, was impressed with the knowledge and skill of the apprentices, and REALLY impressed with Jay's skills at coaching and teaching. So, as ever, delighted with the outcome.

As usual all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Jade did a brilliant job and I’ve ended up with the hairstyle I asked for and that looks like the photo I had shown her. I’m delighted!

Awesome as always. It had taken me a long time to find a great hairdresser since I returned from Australia 🇦🇺 and my girlfriend back in Australia is impressed with the results as she is a hairdresser back there. Keep up the good work guys

Have had to leave a hairstylist who I had used for many years,I had to find a comparable one .I chose to go to True hairdressing.Excellent stylist,I was nervous after having the same hair dresser for so many years but I am very pleased with this Salon and stylist Helen.

Visited today for long hair cut and blow dry, had a great experience, greeted on arrival, offered drink and magazine, and had a great haircut. Very nice atmosphere in salon, good facilities and great haircut, staff very friendly. Will be returning!

Wonderful customer service. They initially ask what they exactly need. Laura explained me the procedure and was a wonderful person. At the end, she was bit not happy with the outcome of my hair like me. But after going home , I just brushed my hair and looks so good. Thank you Laura for the good service. Also the person who did hair wash was superb.

I have been going to True Hairdressing for many years and the service is amazing. Phil who cuts my hair each time is incredible. Phil and his wife Jayne own the salon. Their team is so friendly and helpful. This is truly the hair salon to go to for the extra care and friendly service.

I was fed up with my natural salt and pepper hair which really wasn’t the colour I hoped it would be . I went for a consultation with Jade and didn’t really know what I wanted but Jade did . We moved away from the subtle and went bold and I’m absolutely delighted with the result
