I was very pleased with my cut, Katie is very patient and accomodating with my requests.

So reassuring to see that all staff were masked and conscious of safety protocols, as they had been on my last visit, October 2020. My mane needed a serious cut and a thoughtful colour, and I received both - but then, I always do, at True.

I’ve been to True Hairdressers twice now and on both visits I’ve walked away happy with the results. Jade is a really friendly, professional member of the team and this definitely runs through to the junior members too. The salon is kept very clean with plenty of hand sanitizer at the ready and the atmosphere is calming and chilled.

Very relaxing atmosphere would definitely recommend.

My appointment at True is always a bit of quality “me time”
I never see it as having a haircut but more of a real pamper session.
The staff are extremely welcoming and highly qualified and I feel comfortable asking even the simplest of questions.

True are very professional and very easy to talk to. Niamh transformed my colour and spent the time discussing my colour options. Niamh also discussed how I would like my hair to be styled and spent time making sure I had a perfect blow dry! I always look forward to my hair appointments with Niamh as I know I am in great hands and that I will love the finished look!

very knowledgeable and a great help sorting out my lockdown hair, damaged from home colouring. Recommended a bonding treatment & were able to fit me in there & then. Very pleased with the results, will return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

As I told my stylist hadn’t had my hair cut in a long long time and I’m not a fan of getting it cut but I can honestly say it was a very pleasant experience the young girl that washed my hair and Helen put me completely at ease very chatty and professional and very efficient as I walked in on the off chance they could fit me in will definitely be back and not leave it as long next time ?

My son had his hair cut and styled by Jade. He is very happy with his cut each time he goes and wouldnt get his haircut anywhere else. Would highly recommend.

Niamh gives a highly professional service and always with a smile. She is always happy to answer queries and give advice on hair products when need be. I know I am in good hands when my appointment is with her. Her attention to detail is always great and remembers your hair preferences, which makes it a nice experience for me and any customer.

Laura does an excellent cut which has, in the past, kept its shape. I do not doubt this will be the case for this cut. The colour also always looks absolutely top notch. My only criticism today was I waited outside for over 5 mins to be allowed in.

My first time at this salon and I will definitely be returning. Excellent, friendly service from start to finish. The salon is modern, bright and fresh, a little gem in Gravesend. Katie was knowledgeable and helpful, cutting my hair beautifully. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Jade worked with me to find THE perfect colour! A relaxing experience where I was looked after and made to feel special, as always. I never feel as good as when I leave True. I've been coming for over 10 years because the service and expertise is next to none!
