Excellent service and hair cut

I have been coming to true for a few years now, which is a family run local business. My hair was coloured todayby Katie who is forever the professional taking her time when applying the colour.. my hair was then cut by Phil ( the owner ) who never ever disappoints. He is passionate about his role, and you can most definitely tell he is the owner as he is professional about everything he does. Everyone seems really respectf of each others role . A very happy team. Well done Phil Jane and jade for all making your salon vibe 💙💕💕

Laura gave my hair a good cut & re-style but keeping the length and listening to exactly what I wanted. She took her time and good care to do as I asked and checking many times with me as to how it was progressing to make sure I was happy with it.

Jade spent an entire day sorting out my terrible hair colour and transforming it into the blonde I wanted - the style I wanted. And with a gentle care - great head massage - copious cups of coffee! Got all my work done at the same time. Truly brilliant. Thank you. FIVE STARS

I only gave a vague idea of the haircut I wanted and Philip cut it perfectly!! The layers were beautifully cut and styled, this was genuinely the best hair salon experience I’ve had in my life.

Always exceptional service from True. I have had feedback on colour recommendations for my next appointment. I had an issue with thinning hair due to menopause and after following their advice and product recommendation my hair is so much thicker with very obvious hair growth

Excellent professional experience

I've been seeing Jay for nearly 2 years now and I'm really happy with the service she provides. Each appointment feels like seeing a friend. She gets excited with my new suggestions and has my hair looking it's best every time. Before Jay I rarely walked out of a salon feeling good about myself. I thought it was normal to have to restyle my hair when I got home, or wait a week for it to settle but now I feel wonderful and it's always a pleasure.

Very happy great service

I moved to True Hairdressing from a top salon in London a couple of years ago and I have always been impressed with the whole service. My usual hairdresser is on maternity leave and so today I had Katie for the first time. My hairdresser had left detailed notes on my colouring and so Katie was able to replicate it perfectly. She was friendly, helpful and a skilled hairdresser. The salon has a friendly and inclusive vibe. I'm very pleased I found it, especially as it's on my doorstep!

Holly is an excellent hairdresser. She is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. A thoroughly enjoyable experience which I always enjoy at True Hairdressing. 5 star as usual
