I had a wonderful experience at the salon. My highlights and overall hair colour turned out really nice, just the way I wanted. The stylist listened carefully to what I was looking for and gave great advice. The service was very good—professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. I’m really happy with the result and would definitely come back again.

I have been coming to true for a few years now, which is a family run local business. My hair was coloured todayby Katie who is forever the professional taking her time when applying the colour.. my hair was then cut by Phil ( the owner ) who never ever disappoints. He is passionate about his role, and you can most definitely tell he is the owner as he is professional about everything he does. Everyone seems really respectf of each others role . Laura gave my hair a good cut & re-style but keeping the length and listening to exactly what I wanted. She took her time and good care to do as I asked and checking many times with me as to how it was progressing to make sure I was happy with it.

I only gave a vague idea of the haircut I wanted and Philip cut it perfectly!! The layers were beautifully cut and styled, this was genuinely the best hair salon experience I’ve had in my life.

Always exceptional service from True. I have had feedback on colour recommendations for my next appointment. I had an issue with thinning hair due to menopause and after following their advice and product recommendation my hair is so much thicker with very obvious hair growth

Excellent professional experience

I've been seeing Jay for nearly 2 years now and I'm really happy with the service she provides. Each appointment feels like seeing a friend. She gets excited with my new suggestions and has my hair looking it's best every time. Before Jay I rarely walked out of a salon feeling good about myself. I thought it was normal to have to restyle my hair when I got home, or wait a week for it to settle but now I feel wonderful and it's always a pleasure.

Always a joy to visit this salon. Have been a regular for many years but since moving to Dorset have to make a special trip . It’s well worth it for good service and an excellent haircut .
