I wanted to alter my colour on this occasion. I explained to Sarah what I’d like, who instinctively knew what would be right. The result, I couldn’t be happier, so very pleased. The cut and finished style were superb as always.

Hair cut is ok but not what I asked for. Wanted a shorter Bob, didn’t want curled but done anyway, not layered like asked for but minimal shaping around face and side fringe not cut at all.

I am moving to the area and wanted to find a hairdressers that woukd be local to me and I've found it!
I looked around, but it was The Lounge instagram that sold it to me first to book that appointment, seeing real client results.
All the staff were friendly, the hair wash section even had a reclining massage hair!
I talked through with Betsy what I wanted and aspired to have and she was really knowledge and told me how I could achieve the style I wanted and took steps towards that goal, but I have to let my hair grow a bit. I'm so pleased with the final product, the cut sits so nice and I can't wait to go back.
On top of this the atmosphere was great the salon is very stylish and comfortable and it took an hour to do my hair so it was quick and a great result!
I'll be recommending this to my friends

Betsy was lovley and great rang this morning and they got me in on a standby 20mins later….. i cut my own hair a while back in a moment of madness trying to cut a curtain fringe - was not a good idea! - betsy did the best she could and really put me at ease as i was so embarrassed! Thank you so much ☺️

Amy was lovely, really listened to me, made suggestions and created exactly the look I was after. A thoroughly relaxing, pleasant experience.

Betsy made my extremely thick and long hair look bouncy and healthy with a skilful layered cut. I often feel really uncomfortable in salons but Betsy was the perfect balance of chatty but professional. And that awkward silence while hair drying wasn’t awkward at all. I will be going back, for sure.

Booked in last minute with BB as I wanted a fringe. The staff were super attentive and BB was lovely and took so much care with the cut. The fringe turned out exactly as i’d hoped. Thank you BB!

Cella has been my stylist since 1986 when I was 21 (honestly) with a short sabbatical when she spent a few years in Holland. I’m now 57 years old. She has never ever let me down even when after Baby number 3 I said “cut it all off, I feel terrible”. “No” she said, “”that’s just not you”, find yourself another hairdresser”. Of course I never did and never have.
Cella is intuitive and kind. She encourages this in her younger stylists. So important. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your wise counsel but also making me feel fabulous when quite frankly I’ve felt the opposite.
