I can’t speak highly enough of my experience today !! This was only my second appointment with Betsy, she is an expert cutter and stylist, she listens and then makes sense of my requirements. To me the cut is so important and she is one of the best stylists around !! Look forward to my next appointment ?!!

I’ve been visiting the Lounge for a few years now to have my hair done by Sarah! ?? I am always thrilled with the my hair and leave the salon feeling a million dollars. I have received so many compliments on the cut and colouring. (I typically get a blonde balayage and toner and in the years that I have been going, I have noticed my hair being transformed) With regards to The Lounge salon, it gives a real feeling of luxury; there are so many finishing touches like the beautiful decor, massage chairs, and tasty coffee which really add to the experience and makes it so enjoyable!

Excellent. Cella is knowledgeable and professional and has an exceptional aesthetic sense of style. She sculpts my very thick hair into a manageable and flattering style. She is friendly and the whole experience is relaxing.
