First time visit. From the moment I stepped into the salon I was given a big welcome. The hair wash and massage chair was so relaxing. Received a super cut and blow dry from BB she loves her job and it really showed in the quality of her work. Thank you for putting me at ease well done ladies. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed the whole experience - the products smelled beautiful and of natural ingredients. I could have fallen asleep with the wonderful head massage !

I love the way Calla has cut my hair. I’ve always found visits to hairdressers traumatic, but Cella has done the best cut I’ve ever had. Very pleased. Great atmosphere in the salon too.

I visited the lounge salon to have a balayage refresh in time for summer! Was absolutely delighted with the balayage created by Sarah! Such a beautiful colour cut and blow dry - I got soo many compliments! Feels like a real treat having my hair done at the lounge and the team are so friendly!

Loving the new Davines ‘love’ hair products. Just great for my curly hair, and liberating to be down to just 3 hair products instead of 5 and with much more natural results! Happy days and thank you x X x

Service was perfect, as it always is. But will be waiting for the next visit to be after the continued insistence on masks to be warn is removed.

Had my colour done today and had new Davines products on my hair for wash and finish - WOW I have extra bounce and my hair feels fabulous xx thank you and see you again soon think I will have a wash and blow dry before next colour appointment as it feels so good ?

Very happy with my hair! Sarah works her magic to leave my hair glossy and gorgeous. It’s so easy to manage in between cuts too - I’m very happy! Betsy is super friendly and her head massages are very relaxing, I really enjoy the whole experience, thank you both.

There is an immediate welcome when visiting the lounge and it feels safe with covid measures still in place. The staff are friendly and professional. Both Sarah and Betsy provide an excellent service.

My first visit today at the salon. Greeted with a very warm welcome and an absolutely lovely wash, cut and style (certainly felt like a luxury treat) following a lovely relaxed chat about hair and care, I purchased some of the new products the salon have as they smelt divine and my hair instantly had life kicked back into it!! ?? I can’t wait for my next appt.
