There is an immediate welcome when visiting the lounge and it feels safe with covid measures still in place. The staff are friendly and professional. Both Sarah and Betsy provide an excellent service.

I’m so pleased with my cut and colour today - feeling ready for summer! Sarah always listens and gives me exactly what I’m after. It’s a lovely salon, very relaxing.

My first visit today at the salon. Greeted with a very warm welcome and an absolutely lovely wash, cut and style (certainly felt like a luxury treat) following a lovely relaxed chat about hair and care, I purchased some of the new products the salon have as they smelt divine and my hair instantly had life kicked back into it!! ?? I can’t wait for my next appt.

As Altamira enjoyable experience. Sarah listens to what client would like, takes her time when cutting hair to ensure client is happy. All in all a very enjoyable hour spent in a welcoming, experienced salon.

I was new to the salon. BB asked the right questions to give me an excellent cut. I'll definitely be returning. A high level of care and attention to Covid management too. And a lovely relaxing experience with the massage chair at the basin. I'll definitely be returning.

Amy was incredible! She made me feel so calm and welcome from the moment I walked in. I was really nervous about getting my hair cut but after my free consultation with her she provided an amazing service from start to finish, very professional and knowledgable and talked to me throughout the entire experience! And the results were exactly what I wanted!

Amy was fantastic. I was very pleased with the way she styled my hair for my evening out. She gave me options all the way through and was friendly and easy to talk to. She put me at ease. I chose for my hair to be half up and half down with ringlets.

Sarah was lovely, it was quiet day, i was the only customer at that point. She did great cut, sold me some shampoo with reccomendation after I told her about my hair problems, used the shampoo and its great and really improved my hair. Thanks will be back.

Wonderful. It was like a hair do, head massage and aromatherapy rolled into one. Leigh gave me a wonderful head massage while washing my hair and Sarah's cut and colour transform my tired looking hair into lucious, shiny, bouncy locks!!

As I am clinically vulnerable, it was such a relief to find a salon that I felt totally COVID safe in. The care taken to ensure customer’s safety was incredible. Cella was lovely and understood exactly what I wanted for my haircut and hair condition. All the salon staff were helpful and friendly and I was blown away by the kindness and care taken. Thanks to you all for the superb service. I will definitely be coming back.
