This was my first time visiting the salon and I was made to feel so welcome by everyone.

I had already attended a colour consultation with Amy as I was wanting to go a bit lighter and Amy took the time to explain the process in detail with me.

I am so pleased with my new colour and how well the bleaching process turned out.

I can’t wait to return for my next appointment already!

I love love love what Betsy has done to my hair . I gave her complete freedom to do what she wanted . Was not disappointed!! Will be telling all my friends to go and see her . Felt a million dollers ….. Shame I wasn’t going out !!

I am only 9 years old but I love coming for my haircuts with Sarah. I thought I wanted a little bit off but I really wanted it to my shoulders. Sarah asked me lots of questions and I love my hair.

Thorough consultation, and great attention to detail, good advice. Brilliant colour, really happy with it and the cut.

I really look forward to visiting the salon. I know that Cella will perform miracles and I will reappear looking younger and feeling a million dollars. The actual hair wash is a joy to experience and the cut and colour us always admired by my work colleagues. A real treat awaits me here.

What can I say about Sarah? She is wonderful. Always listens to what you like/don’t like and over the years takes on board my likes and hates as well as my lifestyle to make sure she delivers a cut I can manage. She is the best.

I am so happy when I visit The Lounge. I know that my hair colour a style will make me look younger than when I went in. I am Covid safe here so can relax and enjoy the experience.

I was a bit taken aback by the strict mask wearing: I had just done a Pilates class with 6 people not wearing a mask and I’m triple jabbed.
BB was lovely and I was very happy with my hair wash and cut. Not so happy with being shouted at when I lowered my mask to have a drink of water.

Sarah never fails to make me happy, I always take her advice when it comes to colour. She talked me into not having bleach which was thinning my hair and I’m now a blonde copper and 2 years on my hair is so much thicker - all thanks to Sarah.

First time @the lounge and everything was great, I appreciate the measures they are taking to remain covid secure and Amy made me feel very comfortable and gave me a great restyle.
