Amazing cut just what was needed!

Kat gave me an excellent consultation on what would be benificial for me - restyle completely or just shaping and conditioning. I went with the latter as a half way stage and am very pleased that I was advised to do this. A great improvement, condition and shape back. Plus a bonus, Alice have me a firmly done shampoo with head massage which was delightful.

When I moved to Broadstairs I did the rounds of local hairdressing until I came to Serenes and found Kat. I can now always rely on an excellent haircut in a very friendly salon.

From the moment if walking in I felt welcomed. Kat is an excellent stylist and has a great understanding of what clients want. I am so pleased with my hair colour and cut. Olivia did a fabulous wash

Jacqui absolutely nailed the colours of my highlights and really understood how I wanted it cut and styled. When I curl my hair it always drops out within 30mins but after a very windy walk home I have just looked in the mirror and my hair looks just as fabulous as when I left the salon, I am VERY happy ?

Great welcome, did not have appointment but they managed to find a slot for me, Lovely staff.

First time here. Made to feel comfortable by all the staff and liked that the washing / cutting area is away from windows and public viewing! Kat really listened to what I wanted and know about my hair (mind of its own with curl and bounce)! Felt glam when I left with it being straightened (which lasted, unlike some salons) and length just right after next wash - but had offer to go back for additional trim if I wanted. Good value for an experienced stylist that does what you need and want!! Thank you.

Megan always makes a great job of my eyebrows and ensures her clients are relaxed and content.

Lovely salon, with a lovely team who always make you feel at ease. I have always been very pleased with both my stylist and end result.

I am always well looked after at the salon and my stylist always colours my hair beautifully. I would certainly recommend the salon to all .

Excellent cut and blow dry as always, i have very thick curly hair and it takes an experienced stylist to cut it well.
