Very happy with my first visit to the salon today and feel so much better now my hair has been cut and blown dry - long overdue so many thanks for making me feel human again!

Had first appt with the lovely Sophie this morning, very professional and friendly, took on board what I asked for and came away very happy. Mia gave me a lovely relaxing wash with head massage, Sophie cut my hair beautifully, so pleased having some foils done tomorrow. Excellent service all round.

Was impressed with Zoe and the rest of the staff...the cleaners of the salon and helpfulness...would go back again..Thank you. Xx

I gave 5 stars for everything, I've been coming here for more than 10years and every time I try somewhere else I never have the experience as here at Serene.
I don't feel rushed, stylists take time to talk and discuss your hair whether a style or something else.

I forgot to ask my stylists name, but she was absolutely excellent. The coffee was also a lovely touch. I’m only down for a weekend but I will definitely be back next time I come. Thank you so much xxx

First time to the salon, lovely vibe, helpful and welcoming staff. Anita was fantastic as a fellow beauty therapist her customer service was outstanding, very through treatment, clean and tidy room I would highly recommend salon and will be coming back, spoke with Anita about her thoughts of intimate waxing which I normally would have doneand I think it was be amazing for your salon to start doing this.

Amazing facial today! This is my 2nd microdermabrasion and already noticing a difference in my skin. The luxury antioxidant facial was sublime! So relaxing. Megan did a fabulous job! Best facial I’ve had in years!!!

Booked in for a balayage touch up, first of all the colour looked no different and she didn’t touch my roots (the point of going). Left and got home and it was patchy. Booked in again and it’s still patchy! She used two colours at the same time which seems to have left lines in my hair and still hasn’t touch my root area that needed the touch up! Not very well blended and considering the cost I’m a disappointed to say the least. Won’t be going back.
Lovely salon and ***** was really nice but not so hot on the colour I wanted.

I’ve been coming here for 7 months now and my hairs in the best condition it’s ever been in. If you take your hair seriously then you need to go to this salon - the staff are lovely and as for Kat she’s got my 100% trust. My hair’s never been in safer hands. Just book in - worth every single penny! ?

Sophie was so nice, she talked me through what she was going to do with the colour and cut it how I wanted it. The colour was initially a little warmer than we disused but she was more than happy with run another colour through. The salon is modern and stylish and the products they use smell delish. Really happy with the service. Thanks Sophie!

Kat is always professional and an excellent hairdresser. She makes you feel comfortable and is always cheerful and fun. I would highly recommend her

Excellent. Kay is a wonderful stylist. The colour is great and with a rough dry every hair is in place.

I first went to Serene with overprocessed, damaged hair. 3 months latet, with the advice of my stylist Kat, my hair is much healthier. All staff give great service from the moment I walk in the door, and there's no hard sell: I really believe Kat wants the best for my hair.

I have very stubborn greys , that not all colours cover well , but today serenes team used the montebello recover colour and it covered perfect !!! Overly happy with my hair ! Kat is amazing aspecially at cutting 10/10 for today’s hair !! Thanks girls !! and Jess is the best hair washer ever !!!
