Excellent cut and blow dry as always, i have very thick curly hair and it takes an experienced stylist to cut it well.

It’s been a long time since I had my hair properly cut so I was a bit anxious. I’m so glad I walked into Serene for the appointment; Pauline listened, put me at ease and I left feeling fabulous. I’m very grateful and will definitely be back!

I had a transforming facial with Megan this morning. I was in seventh heavan and asked Megan to cancel all clients so I could rekax for the rest of the day! Bliss, can't wait for my next appt.

Megan cut my hair today and did an amazing job! I usually don't go to hairdressers as I'm never happy with the way they cut my hair, but since Meg has cut it it now feels so much healthier and has a nice shape to it. Will definitely be going back!

All staff are so friendly and provide a fantastic service. Very pleased with all I have had done at this salon.

Came here because my usual salon was fully booked and I’ve gone here in the past and service has been good but pricey. She started to brush my thin hair from the top with an Afro comb? Thought it was odd. Every salon I have gone to has used a normal bristle hairbrush and started from the bottom and not from the top. Not the friendliest / welcoming. Got water all over my face when washing my hair it didn’t seem like care was being taken when washing my hair. Although the haircut itself was good and the products used were nice it was not too different from other salons I’ve tried.

Really friendly and chatty, cut my hair beautifully and the finish was lovely. Relaxing and enjoyable experience I will return

Felt pampered today with wash blow dry and my hair is now in beachy waves ready for the beach. Kat gave me lots of advice about how to keep the style as long as possible. Love how it looks!

Had a wonderful 30 minute facial and my skin already looks so much better.
Going back for an hour next time, so I can have a mask and massage. Well worth trying it

Ive been going to Kat for the last 5. Years. I have very difficult fine hair, especially since I've got older.
Kat makes it thicker, longer & look totally natural at the same time. I would be lost without her now!
All the other girls are friendly, helpful & professional, I wouldn't go anywhere else!
