Ive been going to Kat for the last 5. Years. I have very difficult fine hair, especially since I've got older.
Kat makes it thicker, longer & look totally natural at the same time. I would be lost without her now!
All the other girls are friendly, helpful & professional, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I had been given a voucher for my birthday so booked in for the top to toe treatment with Megan . This includes a bespoke facial which I would normally avoid because of my eczema . Omg the treatment was AMAZING. Megan was lovely and my skin feels wonderful , her knowledge was outstanding ! I will definitely return for further treatments. Thankyou so much x

I’m the wrong side of 50 and I’ve been going to Serene since 2011, all but twice with Pauline. Every time she works wonders with my longish hair- giving me fabulous colour and the soft, smooth and shiny hair of someone 20 years younger. Shame about the rest of me, but it’s a start! Very highly recommended.

Kat makes me feel so comfortable and always discusses my hair with me first. She’s does an amazing job + I always leave feeling good about myself. The salon is so friendly I would highly recommend it.

Had my first top to toe treatment with Megan today and I cannot praise her enough! She gave me great advice on how to manage and improve on my skin problems and gave me some samples to try (but left them there) ????????‍♀️ Meg’ made me feel so relaxed and like I was the only one in the salon, can’t wait for my next treatment!

I had tried to dye my hair grey at home, it came out so patchy with four different colours. Kat was amazing and managed to strip the colour completely back to normal. I cannot thank her enough and will definitely coming back for her to do my hair again!

I booked an appointment with Megan yesterday as i had a disastrous cut and colour with my previous hairdresser the day before . I found Megan to be extremely motivated and clearly loves her job. I'm so pleased with what Megan has done. Megan now has another new client.
