Megan is a miracle worker!!!! My blonde hair was about 50 shades of yellow and ginger and she has transformed it to an ashy dream! Cannot thank you her and your team enough! I was very happy with my appointment as all precautions for safety were taken. Although the salon was very busy due to demand my treatment met the same high standard.

Had a wash cut and blow dry this morning by Jacqui. The whole experience was lovely. The salon is spotlessly clean, all staff in PPE, screens installed where needed, my own customer pack with clean gown, mask etc but above all, a great hair cut, as always.

Kat gave me an excellent consultation on what would be benificial for me - restyle completely or just shaping and conditioning. I went with the latter as a half way stage and am very pleased that I was advised to do this. A great improvement, condition and shape back. Plus a bonus, Alice have me a firmly done shampoo with head massage which was delightful.

When I moved to Broadstairs I did the rounds of local hairdressing until I came to Serenes and found Kat. I can now always rely on an excellent haircut in a very friendly salon.

Jacqui absolutely nailed the colours of my highlights and really understood how I wanted it cut and styled. When I curl my hair it always drops out within 30mins but after a very windy walk home I have just looked in the mirror and my hair looks just as fabulous as when I left the salon, I am VERY happy ?

First time here. Made to feel comfortable by all the staff and liked that the washing / cutting area is away from windows and public viewing! Kat really listened to what I wanted and know about my hair (mind of its own with curl and bounce)! Felt glam when I left with it being straightened (which lasted, unlike some salons) and length just right after next wash - but had offer to go back for additional trim if I wanted. Good value for an experienced stylist that does what you need and want!! Thank you.

Megan always makes a great job of my eyebrows and ensures her clients are relaxed and content.
