Just over an hour for a wash and cut. Incredible attention to detail and I'm really pleased with the result.

I had my hair cut by Columb on Saturday, and I was nothing short of superb he did exactly what was required (keeping length but giving the hair some life) and showed me very simple yet achievable ways to dry and style my hair at home.

Great salon with a friendly atmosphere and great quality hair cuts every time. Columb is a great stylist and feels like I have a friend cut my hair whenever I go because he always makes the effort to make you comfortable and chilled

I walked in with the hope of a spontaneous trim wash and blow dry. The girls were very friendly of the counter and really welcoming. I had a nice gentleman stylist called Colm who took care of me very nicely and I requested not to have too much off and that is exactly what he did. I am not from bishops stortford but I would definitely return if again in the area.

Had a cut and finish today with Zoe which I easily booked online. Zoe is amazing with my mad wavy hair - I tell her what I'd like, she discusses it with me and makes suggestions as to what will or won't suit me and then we agree a plan! Always really happy with the results and today was no exception! Always have a lovely chat and a coffee too. Thanks Zoe, see you again soon!

Zoe has been doing my hair for the past couple of years and I am always very happy with her work. The good thing is that previous hairdressers, when you have been using them for a while get complacent but Zoe always suggests new things and is always very friendly, professional and enthusiastic!

It was my first haircut since September and I told Zoe I was nervous about hairdressers as they always took too much off. Zoe listened to exactly what I wanted and checked with me at every stage to make sure I was happy with what she was doing. I also got great hair advice and a really perfect blow dry. I will be back again for sure!

Had my hair coloured by Katy today half head of highlights very pleased with the colour an friendly service. Also had my hair cut by Zoe which I am really pleased with it looks and feels so much better definitely go back again an recommend

1st time visit to this salon. Clean, tidy & welcoming not the hussle & bustle of larger salons that can sometimes make them feel a little impersonal.

Cut & blow dry carried out by Stuart, he took time to listen & understand what was required and what type of style I was after. No problems recreating the style again at home. Would recommend both Stuart & the salon to anyone.

Great service and relaxed surroundings. Columb was my hairdresser today and he was great, totally listened to what I wanted and I'm really pleased with the end results.

The service at M salon is excellent. Opens late which is great with two young children at home. Can't make a daytime appointment most times. Lauren is an absolute pleasure. She is very professional, welcomes you with a lovely smile and listens to what I would like. She is very skilled and always takes time and care to do a great job!
Going to the hairdressers was not a pleasurable experience in the past but since going to M salon and being looked after by Lauren, that has changed. I look forward to it! Thank you.

I had a lovely haircut with Luke last night. He is always so friendly/welcoming and makes you feel very relaxed and at home. As well as cutting, drying and styling my hair Luke always takes the time to explain why my hair will react in a certain way and teaches me new styling techniques. I always come away from my haircuts learning new tricks and tips to help me style my hair but also to help me improve the overall condition. I've been a loyal customer of M salon for many years now and will always continue to return!

I visited M salon for the first time today and Kevin cut my hair into the perfect classic bob, also suggesting cuts abs colours and variations I had never been advised of before. Kevin was the ultimate professional , making sure I was happy with what was discussed and achieved an excellent cut. Looking forward to my next appointment and developing new cuts with Kevin's skill and guidance.

My daughter had not been near a hairdresser for some time due to a bad experience. When we got to M and met Kevin he chatted to her and totally put her at ease. And as they got on with the haircut etc I could see they were chatting away, and I felt SO relieved!! Her cut and finish was amazing, Kevin took immense care to ensure she was happy. She's ecstatic!!

I have never had anything short of a fantastic experience at M Salon. I see Laura and Luke, who I cannot recommend highly enough. Not only are they exceptionally skilled at their professions, they are also an absolute pleasure to speak during my appointments. For my appointment today, I was seen by Olivia in between colour and cut. Such a lovely girl, so easy to talk to whilst also being fantastically professional, she really impressed me. Having used many well known hairdressers in the West End and Mayfair, I no longer see the travel worth it with the service and results I get from M.

Great service from the salon team with a warm friendly welcome and a really funky cuppa!!
