Had highlights, toner and a blowdry done by Ella, and she was amazing! She was so lovely and made sure I got what I wanted, checked toner colours with me and I love my hair!

A great experience as usual at the salon. Lucy is an excellent stylist and a very friendly young lady.

Had a fantastic experience at M Salon. Grace was a great stylist. She really listened to my request and executed it well. Left very pleased with my new cut.

I saw Grace today to fix a colour mishap (from another hairdresser) and she did a fantastic job! I am so happy with the result, I felt completely at ease with her and trusted her professional opinion. It was also lovely to chat to her during my appointment and I will definitely be booking in with her again! Thank you Grace!

I had my hair coloured by Emilee with a few highlights round the front of my face. I am really happy with how it looks. Emilee is really good and I would throughly recommend.

Ashlee was lovely, me and my daughter had a double appointment this morning and she was calm and patience with my little girl. I love the cut of my own hair now, feels so much lighter and has more volume

I booked a standby appointment and had Ella. She was so lovely, perfect amount of chit chat, easy to talk to. I love my hair and she even went the extra mile to curl it for me which I didn't expect with a standby appointment. Thank you :)

Nancy was so wonderful, she put me completely at ease and was so considerate to what my needs were with my colour and how low maintenance i needed it to be. She also helped me with serum/ hair oil advice, she is truly a credit to the salon. I couldn’t fault my service at all, I’ve already booked to see her again in September!

After many years of not liking my colour I decided to take a leap of faith and try a new salon and I was not disappointed. At my initial consultation Emilee went through all my concerns and assured me that everything would be fine and it was. From the very start I felt very comfortable with Emilee’s knowledge of colouring right to Lucy cutting and blow drying my hair. For the first time in a long time I left the salon loving my hair. I would 100% recommend M Salon and will definitely be visiting them again soon.

Could not be happier with the time and effort taken by Molly today. Working along with Emily for guidance it clearly paid off for me. Looking forward already to my next apppintment.

Great conversation and a great cut and blowdry

I got a cut and blow dry with a level 3 stylist. I asked for some soft layers and shape, but unfortunately the finished cut turned out very uneven. Once I washed and styled it myself at home, it became obvious that the layers didn’t blend properly and there was no real structure or balance to the haircut. Certain sections are noticeably longer than others, and it’s been difficult to style ever since.
The Stylist herself was really nice and chatty, and we had a lovely conversation throughout the appointment. The blow dry was also done nicely, and with the waves styled in, I initially thought the cut looked good.
Unfortunately, after washing it a few days later, the issues with the cut became really noticeable. I’ve even had people comment and ask what happened to my hair, which has been quite upsetting.
This was my second visit to the salon (my first appointment was with someone else) and sadly both experiences have been disappointing, especially considering the price point. For the amount charged, I expected a much more professional result. Surely not a level 3 standard stylist unfortunately. I’m really let down and I won’t be returning.
The salon looked clean and atmosphere just ok.

Nancy listened carefully to exactly what I wanted, and the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. I left feeling really happy, confident, and absolutely loving my haircut.

I was very happy today as the colour turned out lovely.

As always, Emilee was bright and friendly at our appointment. . She knows me well and is wonderful at understanding what I want to have done. She is always positive and helpful and never tries to persuade me in a particular direction. This time I did not want my hair dried and she happily accepted that. I am really happy with the haircut too - perfect for my upcoming holiday. Many thanks Emilee - please never leave!

I wanted my cut slightly different today. Grace worked her magic, and it is exactly how I wished it to be.

Great colour with foils. Really natural looking but the best bit for me is the cut. Lucy really seems to get my hair. Even when it’s growing out it still looks good.

Grace was extremely professional and gave me an excellent service from the time I entered M Salon to when I left.
I got a good consultation to discuss what I would like to do, followed by a nice hair wash, cut and blow dry.
I was especially pleased with Grave not trying to force me to buy any products as that experience in the past with others has always been very uncomfortable. A customer should be provided with advice only when asked!
Overall an excelled experience. I will not look at booking with anyone except Grace in the future too.
