I always choose to go to M salon because I'm always well looked after. Lovely coffee and tea :)
Always have a good cut and the staff take their time with you, which is great for nervous customers like me and they are really nice. Will be back in 3 months :)

I had my very bad blonde colour and not so good short cut, completely transformed today by Laura and Kevin. I can't thank them enough for making me feel 'me' again! I'll be back in a few weeks as I've already made me next appointments.

It was a lovely experience. First, I was offered water and brought water with ice and cucumber. So refreshing! I was taken to have a chat about my hair. The hairdresser was friendly and understanding. She really listened to what I said and was really friendly. Washed, trimmed, blow dry and all without feeling rushed. I am absolutely planning to go back for my next haircut!

Having walked in on the off chance of getting my daughters haircut we were accommodated and greeted warmly. Olivia cut my daughters hair and was absolutely amazing with her. She was having a substantial amount cut off and Olivia advised us both to ensure that the end result would meet both our requirements and expectations, she also ensured that my daughter and I were happy with what she was doing the whole way through. She chatted to my daughter (who is 8) and made her feel comfortable and she thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Whilst I sat waiting for her I observed the general atmosphere throughout the whole salon and was thoroughly impressed by all the staff who were all friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to others and will definitely be returning

Lauren cut my hair today, I went from long hair to chin length. I took a picture with me and Lauren did a perfect job ...exactly what I wanted ... she really takes a lot of care and is a great hairdresser .. happy to recommend

Luke cut and blew dry my hair on Saturday for my 50th birthday dinner party. He spent so much time making sure it looked lovely and would hold well for the evening. I will definitely book him again and will recommend him to friends.

I loved how enthusiastic & joyful Olivia was, just doing a wash & blowdry. It says a lot about a stylist when they are obviously passionate about their work; even late on a Saturday when the working week is coming to an end!

Kevin and his team are super friendly and more importantly they get the job done perfectly! Don't try and save a few pence elsewhere, these folks are the best and worth every penny.

Had a walkin appt with Laura and had a great experience! Very friendly and attentive and loved the finish of my hair. Laura even curled it for me and provided some tips on managing my hair. Will definitely go back and would recommend.

I had an appointment with Kevin - I had a picture and some ideas about how I wanted my hair to look and I walked out with exactly what I asked for. An excellent stylist and a really good experience

I had a very nice experience while getting my hair done. Everyone is friendly, hardworking and professional.
However, I asked to have my hair styled for a wedding. Unfortunately the whole thing fell by the time I walked down the street.

I would consider going back but not to get my hair put up.

Hair dresser (think his name is callum?) took his time and was very thorough. Very pleased with results and great value for money. Staff all very friendly.

I stopped in BS for a few hours on a short turnaround flight from Scotland. I saw a sign saying £19 cut & blow dry, walk-in appointments and tried my luck! I was seated straight away, had a chat and my stylist got straight to it. 40 mins later I had a good trim, nice products used, everything explained and blown dry beautifully. Can't complain at all, lovely salon, lovely stylist and great value! If I ever return to BS I'll be definitely heading back again! Thanks all ?

I had a last-minute haircut today at M Salon, and I can definitely say I had a very nice haircut and the most loveliest, friendliest and kindest hair dresser ever!! I had Lauren and she was extremely nice to me, and she also did a very good job of my haircut and I'm very happy with it!

Been going for years! Luke cuts my hair stylishly and knows what cut suits me. My husband uses him too and he greatly appreciates a cut that is not like a barber short sides and back. Everyone is very helpful and friendly.

Sarah the receptionist was very helpful from the start of my phone call to meeting her this afternoon, she looked very nice and was very warm and welcoming. Olivia our stylist was lovely with my daughter made her feel comfortable and did exactly what she wanted. Price wise was very good valve I thought we seemed to get a lot for our money. Very busy, professional and helpful salon would recommend to my friends and I look forward to a visit for myself. My only concern and this is no reflection on this Salon is the cost of the colours, most of salon hair colours seem expensive so at present I probably wouldn't have that purely because of cost but as a treat I would go back and have my hair cut and most definitely take my daughter back for her hair to look as lovely as Olivia did it today. Thankyou M salon from a happy customer.

I had a haircut with Collum and it was simply amazing. He was very friendly, listened to my advice about my hair and cut it perfectly. He did an amazing job showing me how to curl my hair naturally and I came out with perfect curls - not frizzy or puffy, gorgeous beach curls. I have never been so happy with my hair cut and will definitely recommend my friends and family, just like my friend recommended me to him.
