I can come in felling a mess . Tell Stuart to do what he likes. I sit and completely relax knowing when I walk out of the salon .My hair will be fantastic & manageable.

First time visit to this salon and I am delighted with the result! Will definitely return.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Very happy with my beard trim! He listened carefully to what I wanted and threw in some good ideas too. Overall very happy and will definitely be back! Much better than Crazy Razor over the road!!

This was the first time Laura coloured my hair and she is great - listened and understood, asked me good questions, and I ended up with a colour I love and the first step back to lighter hair.
Stuart cut my hair and, as always, I am really pleased. He had some ideas of how to get some more movement in to my hair and it's worked. He remembers what I do and don't like, but always checks in case that changes!
The team were all very friendly and the salon is relaxed. I left feeling pampered and like I'd had a little rest!

Lauren was so welcoming, treated my daughter with genuine courtesy and friendliness, made her feel at ease. She was very gentle and explained the processes and products very clearly. We've booked a cut based on our experience today. Thank you Lauren!!

Unfortunately,I really do not like my hair cut.Although the stylist who cut my hair was pleasant enough,the end result was not what I was expecting..I am really not happy and won't be returning.

I went brave and had a fringe, and unlike other salons putting me off, he was like go for it. Best move, knew what would suit me! Didn't pressure me to buy products after. From beginning to end it was a delight, thank you. I don't think I'll be changing salons! Keep up the good work!

Went to M hair Bishops Stortford for the first time it was very convenient being able to go Sunday. Laura is great she cut my hair and my ten year olds hair we felt relaxed and happy Laura gave great advice about my daughters hair. I will definitely return and advise my friends to go. Thank you

Had a very good first meeting/cut with Stuart yesterday. He was attentive, friendly and thoughtful about my restyle. I left the salon very happy and even happier this morning when I managed to achieve the same end result with considerably less skill and attention!

One of the best hair cuts I've ever had.

I had my hair cut with Stuart, who has also been cutting my mums hair. My hair was in bad condition and I was so anxious and unwilling to have it cut as a result of bad experiences at other salons. Stuart made me feel so comfortable and made my hair look so healthy and glossy. He did exactly what I wanted to be done, which is a rare quality in a hairdresser that I have not found elsewhere. I'll definitely be returning!

Made an appointment to finally cut my hair into a style. I'm so pleased, it looks amazing - if I do say so myself. My stylist was great, she listened to me and made sure that I was happy before doing anything - which is perfect because I'm very attached to my hair. I will definitely be going back, in fact it'll be hard to get me to go anywhere else!

Had balayage colour today with Laura and super happy with the results, had previously been going to a very expensive London salon and was worried about somewhere else achieving the same results but Laura did an amazing job I won't go anywhere else now.

Very professional salon. Stylist took time to talk to me about what I wanted and made recommendations as to styling. He also explained the products he used and showed me how to dry my hair. I was pleased with my hair but unfortunately when I got home I discovered it wasn't straight. I returned to the salon and they couldn't have been nicer and rectified the issue on the spot! I was very nervous about going back but I was made to feel very comfortable.

An excellent haircut that is a perfect shape and was exactly what I asked for. People have already been commenting on my new haircut saying that it looks precise and cutt to perfection. An extremely professional stylist and a great hairdressing experience. My first visit and definitely back in 6 weeks to keep this great shape and stlyle. Outstanding.

Had a cut and finish with Lauren and the results were fab! I had just had the top of my ear pierced and told Lauren it was a bit sore still and she was super careful not to get any hair caught during the cut! Highly recommend! :-)

Every time I come for a hair cut with Luke I always come out feeling really happy. The salon and everyone working there is happy and go out of their way to help you and make you feel comfortable. God knows how Luke remembers significant details about all his clients but by him doing this he makes a trip to the hairdressers feel like a special pamper!

I don't want to sit in front of the mirror for more than a minute doing my hair and Kevin, who is efficient and friendly, always cuts it so well that all I have to do between cuts is wash and brush it. Excellent. I can highly recommend the Salon as they listen to their customers needs before doing anything.

I booked my appointment on their online system which was easy to use. It was really helpful having a text reminder for my appointment. I had my hair cut by Lauren, who was very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. I am really happy with my new look and will definitely be returning in the future.

I had my hair cut at Millers today for the first time, everyone was really welcoming and Luke done a brilliant job! I usually hate getting my hair cut but I loved it! Left there looking and feeling great! Will definitely be using there from now on.

Have been visiting millers for 7 years (since I was 16) for cuts by Luke and colours by various team members. Have recommended to lots of family/friends. The salon overall is chic but friendly.

The staff are highly trained, and stay on top of trends. You'll receive a haircut that is modern but suits your lifestyle and personal style, and bonus - requires minimal styling at home. It keeps its shape well until your next trim.

I hate going to other salons and drive 45 mins to come here after moving out of the area. Luke is now a senior stylist (something or other like that). Although many people baulk at the idea of paying for an appointment with him, I think the longevity of the cut and assurance that it will look great means a visit to millers is very cost effective.

Very pleased with my cut and blow dry. Very good service. Definately be back.felt very welcome
