I had a cut restyle a while ago with Luke and he is such a great stylist.Not only did he give me a brilliant style but also listened to my needs and requests. A creative hair expert.Thanks Luke.

This was my first visit to M Salon and I'll definitely be returning. Colin cut my hair - he was super friendly and did a great job, he listened to what I wanted but also made good suggestions for what would look good. Staff all really nice and welcoming.

Stuart cut my hair today, he did a fantastic job.

A literal on the spot pop in to the Salon where I was greeted & helped by a lovely Receptionist who said there was a standby appt within 10 mins of me arriving. Not really knowing what I wanted to do Emily the stylist listened & worked to my thoughts & I came out with a fresh haircut & what I felt was a really nice experience..all in allcwould highly recommend this Salon in amongst so many in Bishops Stortford. New weighted fade., Luke has combined the heritage of the 1930’s and today, with a fabulous waited fade which I shall be taken to Glasgow tomorrow, Luke at Millers never fails to deliver a Sharp and confidence boosting haircut., thanks 1 million, see you next week come on guys I can’t be the only one having a haircut or a blowdry every week.

Arrived with dry, dull and damaged hair, left with a light, shiny do, and a future plan for my hair, as well as shampoo and conditioner to maintain a good condition. Absolutely lovely staff and great value! My new go to salon!

As usual, fabulous and exceptional cut, fabulous service, professional and friendly. Before I became a regular here a couple of years ago, I tried so many local salons and was always disappointed. The cut I get here is exceptional and on par with top notch West End cutters in my opinion.

Had Lauren cut my daughters and my hair now for almost 2yrs. She is lovely, friendly and very good at her profession. Highly recommend

Although the customer service was jolly, friendly, and professional, I am deeply unhappy with me hair cut to the point where my depression has returned. The hairdresser did not listen to what I asked for and my hair is so much shorter. I feel very unattractive and would like my money back.

Finally found my hair hero again. Its been a while!!. Love my hair. You never let me down. Merry christmas.

Best blowdry

I had a fantastic experience with kevin the other day, however the young girl who washed my hair ( short light brown hair ) wasnt very pleasant! She seemed to be grumpy and have a attitude towards me . I do not know what or if i have done anything to her however I certainly felt it .. my cut and blow dry was beautiful tho and will definitely be coming back .

After months of trying to find a salon that can actually properly style short / super short hair it was such a relief to find one!
Each visit we chat through the last haircut and anything I want to change; something I’ve not had before in other salons but just perfect.
All comments positive and negative are listened to and actioned.
Couldn’t ask for more.

After having had disaster hairdresser experiences in the past year or so I have to say M Salon was brilliant, really attentative, caring and gave me a great stylish cut! The staff we great friendly and knowledgeable about their products and work. Gave me free trial samples for products to try as I couldn't decide which I should buy. I tried a few hairdressers in Bishops Stortford and none have been that great but I'll be back to M Salon, if you haven't tried them, you should!

Laura (colourist) and Luke (stylist) have given me the most consistently modern, easy-to-maintain and beautiful styles for the last 4 years. I have short, multi-ethnic hair, which has been a challenge for all but the best hairdressers. This team is probably the best I have ever had.

The service is relaxed but attentive, the tea and coffee are good and I always look forward to coming.

I have tried many hairdressers in the area and this is by far the best. Luke is first class, really friendly, knows his stuff, doesn't go rogue on cutting, and spends as much time with you as you need. Absolutely recommend highly.
