First time client , nice place and very friendly ! I needed something not very complicated - hairdresser takes the time to listen to what you want .. and it was all done in less than 10 mins .. would definitely go back there .

I've been having my hair cut by Kevin for approximately 5 years and can honestly say he is first class.

I desperately wanted a restyle yesterday and Lauren at M managed to fit me in at the absolute last moment (booked the appointment for 19:15 at exactly 19:11). Lauren and her colleague (whose name I didn’t catch, apologies) were both very friendly and helpful, and did a brilliant job with my hair. Would absolutely visit again, thank you!

I had a wash, trim and blow dry today with Lauren & am really pleased with the whole experience. The wash was great with the water warm not hot and a bit of head massage. The trim was exactly as we discussed, not too much nor too little taken off. I love the end result and the way she ‘messed up’ the smooth bob a little at the end with a texture spray. The cold drink was very welcome too.

Olivia was a delightful stylist with a sunny personality and huge attention to detail and clear passion for what she does. I have come away with a beautiful cut, feeling happy and well looked after. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. I have already booked my next appointment and with strongly recommend this salon

Had haircut with Lauren and as usual she was totally professional but still very friendly and an excellent hairdresser .

First visit to M Salon, made to feel very welcome, all the staff are friendly. My hair was restyled by Stuart, he listened to what I wanted and then set about giving me one of the best cuts I've ever had, taking time to explain why he was using certain products. Going back in a few days for some new colour and looking forward to it.

Having not had my hair cut for nearly over a year I decided to put my trust in Luke at MSalon who talked me through exactly what he was doing. Luke listened to what I said (now there's a rareity). He was totally professional and made you feel at ease!!!! Don't want to rave too much about Luke as he may become too popular and I'll never be able to get an appointment ????

Very pleased with the cut

Booked for 3 ‘up dos’ for a wedding nearby. Hadn’t ever been to the salon before and the service we received was brilliant. The girls doing our hair were extremely helpful and down to earth. We loved our hair dos and the experience in the salon. Would definitely recommend.

I always enjoy coming to get my hair cut or coloured. The finished hair style is always brilliant and Luke always spends time ensuring I can recreate the look myself afterwards. ????

Stuart was very welcoming and helped me decide on a new style. I was a bit nervous about making such a big change but Stuart made me feel very relaxed and excited about my new hair. He did an amazing job and was very friendly and polite throughout. I would highly recommend Stuart for any new cut. Thank Stuart, my bangs look great! :)

I love M Salon. The service is second to none, the stylists and colorists are without exception great at what they do and absolutely lovely people, nothing is too much trouble and they really care that you get what you need, plus the atmosphere is fab,

Really friendly staff and welcoming salon! Super clean and I got offered tea which is never a bad thing because who doesn’t love tea?
Olivia cut my hair and she was absoloutely lovely and really listened to me when I was saying how I would like my hair cut. I do think price wise it’s a bit steep BUT for the demographic and compared to places around -super reasonable and worth the money because it was a great experience.

Great hair dressers

It was my first time visiting M salon and it won’t be my last! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I stepped through the door. Both Lucy and Sonia really took the time to sit down with me and talk about the colour that I wanted to achieve, after I’d had it done at another salon elsewhere a couple of weeks before and was unhappy with the result. The colour that I ended up with was just what I wanted, and I felt back to me again! The only thing I would say was that I wasn’t aware that my hair wouldn’t be blow-dried after colouring (not that I’m precious about that stuff as I rarely blow dry myself!) it was blasted very quickly and then I was taken to the till. That really didn’t spoil my experience though, I think it would probably have been good to have flagged that it wasn’t included when booking the app or at the beginning just to manage expectations. All in all 5 star! :)

I have been coming here for over two years. Today my usual hairdresser was off sick so Stuart stood in and cut my hair. A bit nervous about having someone new cut my hair but instantly put me at ease and understood what I wanted to achieve!
He was lovely to meet and did a fantastic new style for me. He gave me great advice about my hair and really was a refreshing experience. Leaves me with a dilemma of who to go to next time!!!!

I love my hairdresser Luke cos he always does my hair perfectly - bet he blushes! Today we went from shoulder length to pick crop and I feel wonderful. Thank you Luke and all at M, you rock!

Wonderful salon, high standards throughout and you always receive a warm and friendly welcome. Colourists and stylists always give great advice and excellent service, I have never been disappointed. Online booking system is also fantasic as it makes it really easy to arrange appointments.
