My daughter and I wanted holiday haircuts at short notice - Columb and Lauren were fantastic, they listened to what we both wanted, my daughter went for a ‘buzz cut’ and absolutely loved the result - Columb took great care and attention to detail - fantastic service, great cuts, they were both confident cutters. Will definitely visit this salon again

Having spent the last 7 years using a mobile hairdresser, due to leaving salons as I hated the atmosphere and begrudged paying the money and never getting the look I wanted.
M Salon has in installed my faith in Salons. Sonja does my colouring and is a great stylist, she is very knowledgeable in what to do and a proffesional stylist. I have had my hair cut by Lauren who is a ray of sunshine. The haircut was very good and she put me at ease. More recently I had Luke cut my hair and he by far did the best haircut I have ever had. He changed a few bits of my 'dated' look which were so simple but made a huge difference. He comes at a price but for once I have no problem paying it as its well worth it. He is a lovely guy and was a delight having met him. I am over the moon with my hair and will definitely continue with M Salon. Can't reccomend enough.

Stuart 're styled my Bob from an unhappy cut done elsewhere he knew exactly what I was after and cut it amazing!!! Very pleased and a really lovely guy...completely completely put me at ease

I thought ***** was a lovely girl however she only spoke about what she wanted to do with my hair never asked me what i wanted, she then went ahead and cut my hair sort of how i wanted it but more her style. i never got a word in and she only spoke about herself. i would prefer if i was able to talk about me as thats what i come into a salon to find. Never mind though i will carry on going back to my normal hairdresser.

She booked me for a haircut and finish with Columb. He was great, did exactly what I asked him for and talked to me about my hair care all the way trough. This was the first time I have been to this Hairdressers and Olivia was absolutley brilliant! She looked after my hair needs and was very chatty which I have never experianced before. Definatley recommend and will be going back again!

As always a delightfull experience. Our stylist was fantastic with my daughter. . Her stylist is Such a personable young lady who obviously works hard and very professional. Your lady Paula on reception was attentive, very smiley, and courteous. I would happily have had my hair done there but it does become a bit expensive for two haircuts, so I like to keep it as a treat for my daughter who feels very comfortable and always happy with the results. First visit to M. Chose Column as my stylist based purely on the price. Well, what a good choice. He listened to my gripes about my hair and dealt with all the issues with an amazing precision cut. I went to m salon in bishop stortford many times now i had my hair done with emily and chloe they are both exceptional and very proffessional have learnt very well to manage ny hair i have sensitive scalp and very coarse thick hair which takes alot of taming
But the end results were amazing straight wavy and curly !!

Very happy with my visit to the M salon. Olivia was super nice and took time to understand exactly what I wanted. The salon is relaxing and clean and they have a great selection of shampoos and conditioners.
