Salon staff always friendly and polite . Service professional and informative. Stylist always discusses style and condition of hair. Convenient location and good communication from the salon with text reminders and phone calls answered promptly if appointment needs changing.

Sophie is absolutely excellent. Always listens and nothing is too much trouble. I always leave feeling like a new woman! All this year all the staff have been incredible

Beth always colours my hair and this time I wanted to try a grey blend and Beth took her time to advise me my different options. She suggested some highlights ond lowlights and I am really happy with the result!

As usual I had a very good experience this morning. Steph cut my hair just the way I like it. She is always very friendly.

Nice to see you for a nice trim Kelly. Name selection I see several highly trained stylists at highest standard have left this high quality salon but their names still appear, in last few months oh dear not great to see this . As clients letf too.

The salon is missing real towels and magazines. The salon was cold today; the owners were in the salon but they did not seem to interact with customers nor staff.

Been coming to this salon for a couple of years now, always really enjoy my time there and come away feeling renewed and great after a lovely haircut or cut and colour

As usual Steph did a very good job of cutting and styling my hair.

Stylist and colour specialist brilliant as usual. Abbie and Lucy ( dont know surnames). Ive just been meaning to say for a while that the massage chairs don't work as good as they used to. Almost feel that they're not even switched on. Only complaint.

I was pleased with tge whole experience. I am happy with Lucy B doing my highlights. It was my first time with Sophie E and I thought sh was very thorough and did a good job. I found it very relaxing and was grateful just to relax and not talk.

All the staff at Avant Garde are so friendly and welcoming. Dawn who has been doing my hair for almost 2 years now is incredibly talented. I feel really lucky to have found a hairdresser like Dawn who knows exactly what I like and makes me feel amazing. I leave the salon and immediately get compliments. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
