The staff are super friendly and offered great advice. The salon is beautifully clean and tidy.

Emma was delightful , very helpful , listened to what I would like as I had an idea of how I wanted my long hair to be re styled and gave her professional advice on how to achieve it. The end result was a cut that is 100 % the image that I had in my mind and the finish was precisely the way I like my hair to look and feel , natural and healthy so thank you so much. Lara was absolutely amazing she made me feel at ease, loved every bit of it even though I came twice, absolutely love my hair best 50th present even with a free massage in chair definitely recommend this place. My hair looks a lot better and absolutely lush, Cannot Thank Lara enough will be going back

My haircut was exactly what I wanted.The stylist was very friendly and professional.If I lived locally I would visit more often but the next time I visit Hereford I will definitely come back for a haircut.

My hair had been badly cut. Carol listened to what I was saying and it looked lovely when I came out. Brilliant service. Can thoroughly recommend.

The service here was second to none. When me and my daughter arrived they made my daughter feel so special having apple juice and a few sweets all served on a beautiful tray. And I was also delivered a drink. Hot and cold drinks were available with a really big selection.

The decor is beautiful with a tranquil and contemporary waterfall in the centre of the salon.

Both Abbie and the other stylist who cut my daughters hair were great, asking exactly what we both wanted, checking we were happy at every point and doing the absoloute max to make sure the styles were perfected.

Balayage refresh from Cammy today, again a fabulous colour & toning. Wanted to move away from the autumn colours and Cammy’s consultation was fantastic, keeping the warm tones but brightening for spring. Technique was skilful and modern.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere in the new salon, thought I’d dislike it, turns out people watching is my new favourite hobby!

I haven't been to a salon in years, mainly due to past experiences but this is without a doubt the best experience I've ever had getting a haircut, the staff that I spoke to were all lovely, Sophie was amazing, listened to what I wanted and did just that! I usually feel awkward and anxious when getting my hair done but this is the most relaxed I've been in months, so happy 😊
