Abbi has been colouring and cutting my and my two daughters hair for a number of years. She is an excellent hairdresser who listens to her clients and gives advice on hair care.

Great service from a lovely friendly hair salon.

The water for hair wash fluctuated wildly from v cold to too hot despite the staff Best efforts. This is not good especially at the end of the day when few people are being washed off
The new cutting station where the old reception was has electric sockets on the floor between the stations... This is totally unacceptable not only as a health and safety issue for staff having to bend down undet the shelf but also from a courtesy and privacy situation for the client as the staff have to reach down under the chair... For anyone I. A skirt that is appalling

The awful replacements to proper towels cintiu8 to annoy me not only because they cheapen the hair wash experience but also due toe environmental impact when taken over product full life cycle and not just on salon level e onimics on savings in washes. This is a backward step on many levels.

Thankfully John continues to give outstanding haircuts.... He is the reason I am still at this salon

Everything was good, check in and offered drink. Water in a glass, not a plastic cup, is a great improvement. Always pleased with Dani

Fast, friendly and great colour

Great service as usual all staff very professional and polite.

Not the best cut I've had - noticeably shorter on one side.

Jonny is my hairdresser and I love the conversations we have but also he really is a technically talented hairdresser and always knows exactly what I want. he is professional and always helpful.

Louise is amazing -leaves you with a great hairdo and feeling human again! Reception area and staff really warm friendly and efficient !
Love the comfy seats for the back wash but hate the paper towels !!

Not impressed. Been using this salon on and off for years. Lady who dealt with me greeted me with no smile which normally would put a customer at ease. May sound silly but I need to feel warmth & a connection when receiving a service - ***** did not offer this, she looked very unhappy & a cold persona. Colours & cuts are so expensive these days you expect to experience top notch service. Sorry but customer service was poor for me this time round.

Also, if you are going to change your name on the door You may want to change on your answer machine & google! Very confusing.
