Lovely welcome all staff very helpful. Jonny, as always,a real tonic, and a fabulous hair cut and colour from him.

Everything was lovely apart from the temperature of the salon. I left really chilled. Sadly it’s been the same on the last two visits. The poor hairdresser’s hands were cold too. I won’t be coming back until you turn the heating up or the summer arrives!

Chelsea coloured my hair and Louise did the cut, and i,am very happy with the service and result.

Excellent stylist, really listened to what I wanted and gave good advice, so I got the style I wanted that would suit my face shape and hair type. The only downside is the location of the shop and also tho layout moans its not very disabled friendly.

Can’t fault this salon. Abbie cut my hair beautifully, the coffee was good and the products they use are fab

The salon and it’s staff are very welcoming. I was offered a drink a couple of times and was asked if I was comfortable so did not feel I was forgotten. The finisce result was lovely.

Always love what Sam does and how he does it! He is an unbelievable asset to your company! One downside was the 2 employees chatting at the top of their voices discussing skiing whilst one was drying her own hair..not what I would expect on work time!!!

Trouble with hot water which added pressure to the team

I felt really pampered, hair washed with a head massage in a massage chair, hot chocolate with marshmallows, friendly hairdressers, I feel amazing and so does my hair. Great experience, Thank you!

Lovely salon in a beautiful old building. The staff are always warm and welcoming.I love the massage chairs ! Jonny cuts my hair very well . I know it will look good until I’m due another cut on 6 weeks

My colourist Lauren was absolutely wonderful could not have wanted to make sure I was okay more , always checking on me and asking if I needed anything. Didn’t press to talk when I was reading either and the colour on my hair is absolutely amazing exactly what I wanted and more.
My stylist Stephanie was also lovely and really chatty and kind and my hair feels healthier and looks so much better.

I’ve been having my hair cut by John at Avant Garde in Hereford for several months. He is tha best stylist I’ve ever had. The salon is great. Nice and relaxing and the staff friendly and helpful. A great location in Hereford too.

Johnny is amazing and always does such an fantastic job, on par with my old hairdressers in London. The lady behind reception with the short dark hair, sorry I don’t know her name, is always a joy. The new renovations are good and make for a nicer Enviroment to sit. The magazines are not good. I noticed this last time. There always used to be good fashion magazines and lots of them. Sitting for two and a half hours it’s nice to have high quality magazines to read.
