John understands my hair, listens to what I want and I am always happy with the result.

I’ve booked for ombré/balayage but got dark hi lights, which looks good. But disappointed i didn’t get what I was looking forward to. It was quite expensive and now I don’t know what to do , without spending the same to get where I want to.

I was seen by both colourist and stylist who all made me feel welcome and valued as a first time customer. Once bright salon which feels welcoming, enjoyable experience.

Louise’s hair cuts are always efficient and hit the spot. She’s great at blow drying and she listens to what you want. Always an empathetic ear too!

Been going to this salon for years. Continue to have my hair cut my Emma even though I no longer live in Hereford. Thoroughly recommend!

Absolutely amazing service. I have just had spinal surgery and they couldn't have been more accommodating. I felt so at ease and comfortable.

Jess is very good, however, I have noticed the salon is not as professional as it was. The staff were chatting noisely to the extent that Jess could not hear me. The staff appear more laid back and no one appears to be in charge.

Another fab colour and cut with Charlene and John. Went a bit shorter on john’s advice and it looks great . Already had comments about the colour . Just right for an over 60 with greying hair

Sam was great as usual but had a change of colourist due to illness and had a more junior, she tried her best even after instructions from Sam, it took a lot longer and was not the outcome I wanted, Sam was brilliant and tried to fit me in to put it right, had a lot of dye on my face and ears which was tried to remove but not successfully, have been coming to this salon for a long time just felt a little let down today

Excellent service from Emma as usual. Very caring and helpful approach. Due to an impending move to France, this was probably my last appointment with her. She'll be a hard act to follow!

Had cut with different hair salon and it wasn't quite right. Popped in and Carol sorted it quitely, efficently, very pleased as always.

Hope this the right Lucy but found her excellent talked me through each step very helpful and full of excellent ideas

You know how it is when you are mum of two and sometimes you don’t even have energy to wash your hair? I decided to go for the first time to a highly recommend by customers salon to finally do something for yourself for a special occasion but after consultation you receiving phone call that your hair are in such a bad condition that colourist will not do your highlights. I should do treatments for few months and come back then... I wish they offer me some treatment or something...?

Second time ive been to vicky she is absolutely lovely so bubbly and good fun does an amazing job on my hair she puts a spring in my step when i leave the salon.

Arrived for my appointment and seen straight away. Offered a drink before Sam came to start my hair. Always great to catch up with him. He knows me, what I like and what suits. I’m always completely confident in him and his recommendations. He puts my thatch straight again whilst I get up to date with all the news. Always a completely relaxing fun experience. Firstly hope I got the right stylist as I only know him as Jonnie! The last two times I've been to the Salon could have been a nightmare for me and the stylist. My head/hair has been suffering from prescribed medications to treat crohn's disease. My scalp has been damaged and my hair thin and patchy from it all.
Jonnie has treated my head/hair and me with such gentleness and styling it to cover the gaps! Always love a catch up on what's going on in both our worlds.
Today again I left feeling happy and more confident about my poorly head and hair. Very grateful thank you.

Usual friendly & efficienr service. Charlene now does both cut & colour & very happy with her. Very good at both & keeping me involved in choices
of what she does.

Lauren is amazing, even made time to give me a blow dry which I wasn't booked in for. A lovely treat.
