Been coming here now for 3 years and been happy after every cut. Hair washed with a back & head massage. Free beverages & WIFI while you wait. All stylists are very friendly & do a brilliant job. What more could you want!!!

walked into the place for the first time, it was much more than expected, loved having my hair washed, I felt cared for and all, would recommend to anyone!

I never have any complaints when going to Toni and Guy Hereford to see the lovely Valentina. I have a concave Bob and wouldn't let anyone else touch my hair. All the little extras make it a memorable experience with massage chair and head massage. All the steak are lovely too very welcoming and pleasant.

Great service from Toni and Guy as usual. Salon calm and relaxing, stylist professional and delightful. V happy with my cut. Blow dry could have been better - more training needed?

This salon is consistently good, friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

My mum bought me a haircut for my Christmas present and it was wonderful. The stylist remembered me from four and a half years ago!! The head massage and hair wash was divine and the haircut left me feeling pampered. Brilliant considering I’m now 11 months post partum and I haven’t had any time for me since having my son!

Overall experience excellent as always from the minute you are greeted to the time you leave.
Tim and his team understand that it’s not just “a haircut “ but a pleasurable experience that leaves you feeling good.

The staff are always friendly chatty and helpful and I always get made the best cups of tea I can’t fault my haircut so pleased!

It was my first time at Toni & Guy & I was a bit nervous about going from long to short hair but Hannah was great, she listened to what I wanted & was lovely throughout. I’ll be going back to see her everytime I need a trim - I love my short hair!!!

Had a great visit today. Lou coloured my hair and got the exact result I asked for. Morgan cut my hair and I’m really happy with that too! Very happy customer!

As someone who doesn’t get their hair cut very often it was lovely to have an hour of ‘me time’. All the staff were lovely and welcoming and the head massage and massage chair were one of the highlights! Tim was friendly and great to chat to and made my hair look good again! The coffee was good too!!
