Toni & Guy Hereford do excellent colour and cuts. Indian who always colours my hair does a brilliant job she is patient and does amazing multi coloured highlights. My unicorn coloured hair always receives lots of compliments ????

I walk into an oasis of calm, my coat and any shopping bags are whisked away somewhere safe. I'm helped into the gown and shown to my seat. Up to date magazines are available to browse through and I'm offered a complimentary drink.
It's a luxurious break from the noise outside.
My hairdresser arrives and we chat about what I think I'd like and how she feels it might look better. Then - oh sweet bliss - the hair wash station from behind, not the side 'under armpit' view that spoils many uk salons. A head massage, feet raised and then back to my seat.
Another drink? Styling begins and conversation flows.
All too soon, the mirror shows me another perfect style and again I say, "I love it".

Whenever I go to Toni and Guy Hereford, whichever day or time the welcome is always the same. It is friendly and professional and the stylists are well trained and caring. That is the same if you have the Style Director or any other stylist who do everything possible to give their clients a great experience which is why going to the Hereford salon is ‘always a pleasure’

As usual Valentina did a brilliant job. I asked her advice on how to use my new curling wand and she gave me a brilliant tutorial whilst using a wand on my hair.

The colour is definitely not the one I had before and which I loved. It is far too dark and no one likes it, including my husband! Also the price has gone up with no notification beforehand. It would be courteous to text all customers to warn of an increase or have a notice at reception saying when there will be a price increase and what percentage increase. It is good practice to keep customers informed. I have to add that normally I am very happy with Tony and Guy. Oh yes and the lighting in these salons makes me look much older and I hate it!!!!

I had a really good experience at the salon getting my hair cut off into a pixie cut. Lou the stylist was really friendly and took real care in restyling my hair. I’m very pleased with the result and will be back again.

Last minute booking & i’d never been in to Toni & guy before but from the moment I walked in everyone was so welcoming. Lovely head massage & cut by the stylist Valentina. Would definitely recommend & I will be back :)
