I’ve been coming here for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Polite, efficient reception staff, great stylists and assistants who never fail to do a perfect job with my hair. A really classy, professional salon.

Very pleased. She listened well and asked a lot of questions about what I wanted. I now have a very good cut and will be back every month.

Very good at listening to what I wanted and asking questions to make sure she understood completely before she started to cut. The cut was excellent and blow drying just what I wanted (again, Lou took the time to ask). I left with a very good haircut & feeling happy!

Skilled, friendly and helpful

Fantastic as always. Lou always does a great job of my hair. I’m nervous of hairdressers due to being held down as a child and having my hair cut from below my bottom to as short as a boys cut. Lou has been great though and is now even taking great delight in making me wait to see what she is doing

The 1st time she coloured my hair I was more than a little concerned at the orange look and did consider backing out but so pleased with the pink, purple and blues she has used in varying amounts to find what works. This time we have gone without the pink as it seems to wash out quicker than the others.

Today one of your trainees dried my hair. She was great, seemed nervous after I explained that my hair just does as it likes. She has done a great job though and listened to a colleague when she needed help with 1 part.

Had such a lovely experience- very relaxing and staff so friendly - always look forward to coming to Toni and Guy.

Valentina is the only hairdresser that I’ve successfully had my hair cut by in Hereford. She listens, never cuts off too much, and never suggests silly styles. My daughter comes down from Birmingham to have Valentina cut her hair because she doesn’t trust any one else to do it.

Hannah worked a miracle with my hair, lovely cut easy to manage myself and I could relax knowing that she wouldn't cut too much off but at the same time was giving my hair a really good tidy up!

From walking in and meeting the receptionist to walking out was a lovely experience. I hate going to the hairdressers as all the ones ive been to in the past havent been that nice. India helped me choose some nice highlight colours and said what would look nice. Then lou asked how id like it cut and gave me some advice and how she would do it. India was really chatty whilst she was putting the colour on. Then a girl who was learning who was slim with big hair washed my colour off, she was really bubbly and funny. Then lou cut my hair who was really friendly and chatty and cut my hair lovely. India even came over to say the colour looked good and asked if I was happy which I was. The salon is a lovely place and I actually enjoyed having my hair done for the first time. Lovely happy team.

Lou asks how I want my hair cut, I see she gets it within a couple of seconds and it's great to let her get on with it.
I am always delighted with everything in this salon, from booking and confirming my appointment, through welcome, to wash, cut & blow dry.
