Have had this trainee colour my hair previously , yesterday I had my hair trimmed .
Very impressed again with standard of training and the skill of the trainee .

I can’t recommend Toni & Guy Hereford enough. It’s not just a hair appointment, it’s the whole salon experience. From start to finish you are looked after and made to feel special. Staff are very polite, knowledgeable, caring and great for conversation if you want it. If you just want to close your eyes and have a bit of “me” time to switch off, chill and relax you can. I do this regularly as it’s the only time I get to sit and relax and do nothing! Add to this the massage chair, head massage and gorgeous smell of the lovely products they use and I’m in heaven! I can’t help but indulge myself even more by taking some divine products home, we all like a little treat!

Spending most of my life in wellies, I walk out of the salon and feel like a model walking down the catwalk in high heels.

Thank you Tim for making me feel and look a million dollars, even though I will probably have hay in my hair tomorrow, it was all worth it. Keep up the good work.

Yesterday Dani did my balayage. Not only was she considerate towards what colour I wanted to achieve, but she was friendly, chatty and kind. Not only was Dani professional but the whole team created a warm and welcoming atmosphere offering drinks and checking up on me! I have another appointment in January and I feel at ease that the team will look after me. This service was good value for money my hair is amazing! I can’t thank Dani and the team enough! Xx
