Lu has been doing my hair for years. Listens to what i would like, tells me what would be best and she is always right. Wouldnt trust many others with my hair. Tim and the team are great.

It’s the first time Tim has cut my hair, though I always go to Toni and Guy for my cut, colour and treatments, my hair is very fine and Tim cut and styled it to make it look and feel much fuller, he was informative about the products he used and very friendly. My daughter said my hair is very chic….. always a fabulous at Toni and guy, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I am always really pleased with my hair. Tim really understands me and what will suit me. The rest of the staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Brilliant as usual

I was seen on time, but the hair wash and cut took twice as long as someone who arrived after me and left well before. It would have been nice to be asked how I would like it blow-dried as I don't like it straight, but he ran out of time to do much else as the next client had arrived. Would have liked some products such as serum or hairspray afterwards but not offered any.

As usual Tim was his usual friendly self and my cut was just as I wanted.

My first haircut with the lovely Tim. So pleased with the cut and Tim gave styling tips to recreate the style. With a flick of the wand my brief was fulfilled...the same but different! All staff were helpful and friendly from entering to leaving the salon.

Always impressed with staff at Tony and Guy. Really happy with how my hair is cut and dried sometimes leaving with curls which I love.

I love going to the Hereford salon, all the staff, stylists, technicians and trainees are welcoming and friendly. Add a relaxing shampoo from Elise and a great haircut from Tim and it’s a perfect visit.

Wonderful as usual. Friendly. Each cut lasts 8/9 weeks.
Its taken me years to find a hairdressers that I actually enjoy going to.

I really enjoyed chatting to Morgan. He took the time to style my hair properly. It cheered me up visiting the salon, I treat it as a pamper session and this time it did not disappoint.

Could not have felt more comfortable. The whole experience felt lavish and special, just what you need when having your hair cut, a little bit of luxury. My hair looked amazing I felt totally safe in Tim's hands and the end result was fabulous. Hence why I always return.

Very happy - as usual

I had a balayage booked on Saturday 27 November at 10.30. They phoned me a few days before to change my appointment to 10, I don’t live locally so it was a bit of a rush. So I arrived at 10 and was sat waiting for 1 hour before anyone came to discuss what I was having. I was pretty furious by this point but as I really needed my hair doing I sat it out. ***** did my hair and she was a lovely young stylist but incredibly slow. So much so my whole appointment from start to finish took 6 hours! They did give me a free haircut and treatment from Tim as a way of apology. The staff are very polite and professional but just too slow. This has a knock on effect to other customers too. I think she needs more support as although she really is doing her best and I could see how much she cared about her work, it’s just too slow.

One of the best haircuts I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many. The last fabulous haircut I had was years ago by Kylie Minogue’s hair stylist.
Just wonderful movement and was exactly what I asked for.
