All staff very welcoming and friendly. Had a new hairdresser Hayley, fantastic. Very pleased with my haircut, one of the best ones yet. She let me know all about the products she used on my hair. Polite, would definitely recommend her. Very satisfied with my visit.

I've only been here twice to Hereford but both times I come out feeling and looking fab with my new hair do! I felt totally comfortable with the set up for social distance etc, had a great chat with Luke! He also listened to what I wanted and explained everything he was doing which I find useful and interesting to know. I rarely go anywhere else and if I do I always come back to toni and guy!

It's always a relaxing and enjoyable experience there. Always learning the place satisfied, my hair artist as I call her is the best, a real artist, patient and very accommodating. Every haircut is my best one. Thank you.

The difference between Toni and Guy Hereford and where I’ve previously had my hair cut is the thoughtful conversation and advice given, coupled with a genuine skill in hair cutting. I’ve been to many places where they’ll give you the cut you ask for, but this is the first for me where I’ve had a discussion and had genuine thoughtful advice as to what would suit my hair type and head / face shape. It really lifts the experience above just getting a haircut. Great staff, a pleasant place to be, good coffee and sound advice, all resulting in a great haircut. Will be back.

I came in today to have a long overdue haircut. Was a bit worried about it, not been in town very much over last 6 months as have been isolating for months.
I felt totally safe once I arrived and it was a really lovely experience. Thank you to all of you, especially Lou for continuing the pampering experience that I have experienced in Toni and Guy for over 25 years! Cheered me up no end and I promise not to leave it so long next time ? x

Luke is a cracking hair dresser, a true perfectionist! The best hairdresser I have ever had, he is class! Luke always makes me feel welcome, I enjoy conversing with Luke around different topics of conversation and he makes me laugh, top geezer.
