After five months of lockdown hair l was very happy to have it cut into a proper style. Ellie is very friendly and professional, and did a great cut.

Happy with hair although did pay three pounds more than last time and unsure why and did feel like the hair cut was rushed as there was other clients being done at the same time

My first visit to your new premises which were lovely and warm and felt very “COVID safe”. Lucy always takes the time to make sure my hair is exactly how I would like it- the colour is always spot on and the cut is superb - would thoroughly recommend.

Had a lovely visit as always, could not fault anything will continue on seeing the same hairdresser as always Styles my hair the way I like it, and listens to what you would like done. All the other staff are very friendly and can chat to making it a nice atmosphere to be in.

I honestly can’t praise Penny and the girls Eloise ,Ella , Lilly that were involved in my salon experience recently on the 13th of April 2021 . I love my hair and their professionalism care and safety given of the whole salon staff towards customers is outstanding. Thank- you so so much and see you all soon !

Very good, it was my first time with hair OTT after being referred by my wife and I will be back. Not sure on the ladies name but I think she was the manager.

Amazing as always. I’ve been coming to Patrick for a VERY long time and have never left feeling anything but fabulous. The whole salon is just the best, great atmosphere, friendly service and talented staff. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Had Eloise for the first time as managed to take a last minute cancellation. She was lovely, very friendly and did a great job with sorting out my lock down hair!

Sharon gave me a lovely welcome when I arrived and took me to my seat, offering me a drink and telling me to let her know if I needed anything else. Then ***** came over. She asked me what I wanted doing to my hair and then took me to the sink to wash my hair. There, she didn’t talk to me at all, whilst the person next to me was being chatted to by her stylist. During the cut and dry, ***** didn’t talk to me at all and I was quite bored. I tried talking to her a few times but she just gave short answers. Disappointing service!

As always Kelly knew better than me what I needed doing. Enjoyed the new location. Felt very safe and offered many drinks throughout the 3 hours I was there.

Oh was so nice to be pampered again with social distancing and all covid restrictions being paramount Hair Ott and especially Kelly knocked it out of the park as always. Thank you I nearly feel normal again

I have been going to Hair Ott for a number of years now, I started with half a head of highlights but now have bleached to make my hair ice blonde.( long hair and in good condition !) Kelly is professional and always puts the condition of my hair first, she gives me the time and always makes sure I’m comfortable with the bleach on my hair!! Kelly always gives me plenty of time and I always seem to keep her and Pat behind their finishing time!! I enjoy visiting for a chat and often have a good laugh :-)

I had a great experience. Lucy did a lovely job cutting my hair and styling it. Very professional service with really nice staff. I also got a candle! I would definitely recommend others to come to this salon and I will be returning :)

I have always assumed I didn't speak "hairstylist" until I met Kelly. She listens and explains what she's doing and why she's doing it. She totally 'gets' my unco-operative hair and understands that when I point out an issue with my hair, it is a reflection of my difficult hair and not a criticism of her technique. She always finds clever ways to resolve my hair issues and does it with good nature and immense professionalism.

My hair is always perfect, but then if you have Otto as your stylist it always will be!! Thank you Otto and for the consistently excellent standards of all your staff! Happy Christmas and best regards for 2021.

I love my visit to Hair OTT. Millie greets me with warm welcoming smile which makes me feel special. I come out absolutely satisfied with my hair colour cut and finished result.

Had my longish hair cut and coloured by Alice a few weeks ago, but decided I wanted it a bit shorter and more layered - had Alice again this time and am SO pleased - it's exactly what I wanted, and is easy to do myself too! Very happy, Alice is a great cut and colourist!
