Had a great covid safe visit to HairOTT today. All the staff are lovely, especially Lucy. I showed her a couple of pictures of different styles and she advised me which one would suit my face shape. She gave me a fabulous new hairstyle in a beautiful cream blonde colour. I have been going to this salon for years and can't fault it.

Lucy always takes time to ensure that she knows exactly what you are hoping for before she starts on your hair. The colours she did for me today were exactly what I wanted and A good cut to give my hair a much better style. Thanks again Lucy

Love going to get my hair done by Lucy. Always a super positive experience that brightens my day! The staff are all lovely and chatty. They always know exactly what I want and do it perfectly. I always ask loads of questions and they happily reply and give me great advice to keep my hair nice. The prices are good and I always come out feeling happy X

I have recently moved and was recommended OTT. I notoriously hate getting my hair cut as I've never had a good experience, but I can safely say I have a new outlook! Laura was friendly and took the time to get to know my likes and dislikes with my hair and how I wore it day to day. My hair being thick and long, often I find hairdressers see it as a burden (sighs included!)but Laura made me feel at ease and I felt very welcome. I am so pleased with the final finish and I highly recommend OTT, Whiteley for anyone looking for a high quality service from start to finish.

I was fortunate to be seen by both Lucy and Chloe in the brand new Whiteley Salon, it's the first time either ladies have coloured my hair and I wanted a natural brown with a few gold highlights, after I had ruined my hair myself in lockdown with self dyes etc. My hair has changed over the years and lately it has developed a strong natural warm undertone. Initially, after my visit I felt my roots were still a touch too warm. This was not a problem at all with these beautiful ladies, I was seen the very next morning for a consultation to look at the result and see how we could achieve the desired affect. I am delighted that I was seen in the same week and the desired colour was achieved perfectly. They both did a wonderful job! You never quite know how a new colour will take to an individual's hair and I am delighted to say that as always, Hair Ott cared and nurtured me throughout. Thank you all from front desk to Saturday girls. It's always a pleasure to be pampered with you all. I have been with hair ott since 2012 and there is no other salon I will trust with my hair. Quite disappointed, not sure I will be back. Have been coming to hair ott for a long time and did not expect to be made to feel how I was. My hair colour did not turn out how I wanted at the roots and I was made to feel uncomfortable because I wasn’t happy. I only asked for it to be rectified and the hair dresser was upset because I said something. I should be able to say if I’m not happy with the result and it should be dealt with professionally but wasn’t.

Hey guys. Pat I was stopped in Winchester by a lady who wanted to know where I had such a lovely haircut just 2 hours after I left you on 22.4. Katie was awesome. She looked at the photograph of the style that I wanted, and knew exactly what to do, checking with me along the way that it was looking okay, and if I wanted any changes made as she went. Friendly and chatty, it’s always a pleasure to return to have Katie cut my hair. And of course I’m very happy with the result. :)

I am so happy with my hair, words fail me. Lucy listened and clearly understood how I would like my hair. She talked me through what she planned to do and explained how it would make my hair look. I wanted to see movement with layers and not have a blunt cut finish. What she has done with my hair is lovely and I will definitely be back again soon for her to cut my hair again. Thank you Lucy!

After five months of lockdown hair l was very happy to have it cut into a proper style. Ellie is very friendly and professional, and did a great cut.

Happy with hair although did pay three pounds more than last time and unsure why and did feel like the hair cut was rushed as there was other clients being done at the same time

My first visit to your new premises which were lovely and warm and felt very “COVID safe”. Lucy always takes the time to make sure my hair is exactly how I would like it- the colour is always spot on and the cut is superb - would thoroughly recommend.

Had a lovely visit as always, could not fault anything will continue on seeing the same hairdresser as always Styles my hair the way I like it, and listens to what you would like done. All the other staff are very friendly and can chat to making it a nice atmosphere to be in.

I honestly can’t praise Penny and the girls Eloise ,Ella , Lilly that were involved in my salon experience recently on the 13th of April 2021 . I love my hair and their professionalism care and safety given of the whole salon staff towards customers is outstanding. Thank- you so so much and see you all soon !

Amazing as always. I’ve been coming to Patrick for a VERY long time and have never left feeling anything but fabulous. The whole salon is just the best, great atmosphere, friendly service and talented staff. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Had Eloise for the first time as managed to take a last minute cancellation. She was lovely, very friendly and did a great job with sorting out my lock down hair!

Sharon gave me a lovely welcome when I arrived and took me to my seat, offering me a drink and telling me to let her know if I needed anything else. Then ***** came over. She asked me what I wanted doing to my hair and then took me to the sink to wash my hair. There, she didn’t talk to me at all, whilst the person next to me was being chatted to by her stylist. During the cut and dry, ***** didn’t talk to me at all and I was quite bored. I tried talking to her a few times but she just gave short answers. Disappointing service!
